The representative who came to explain the work and take the order was very good and even included a demo of how their gutter gards worked. It went very well. They arrived on time and worked very hard. I had one slight complaint, and they came back to fix it.

The job went very well. It started on time and finished in a reasonable time. The gutter guard was pricey but if it functions as promised and keeps the maple seeds out with very little maintenance then it will be worth the added expense.

Chris was on time. We went around as I requested certain drainspouts to be raised. I had to leave but the work was done to my utmost satisfaction and they cleaned up the old gutters, etc.

Met w/salesman on 9/25/2012. He gave me a price of $324. Said it would be 2-3 weeks before installation. Knowing the nature of construction work, installation date of 10-18 was close enough!

The team, two fellows, services on time, went right to work, anticipated completion is four hours and four hours later they finished. They did a great job and we are extremely well pleased.

Two men came on time, completed work. We were pleased. It was a small job and hard to get anyone to do small jobs. This was the 2nd time we'd had these people.

Everything went well. The sales man came, we saw his product we were satisfied we initiated the work. Went away for 7 days. Came back. it was done & checked out by the person who sold us on the job.

My expectations were not met. This company sells gutters and that is their major push. I called them for gutter cleaning and what I got was a sales pitch for their expensive gutter system (~$4000). To be fair, they did offer a quote to clean the gutters but it was very expensive (around $400) and clearly not the focus of their business. The sales call had to be scheduled a week in advance to come out and look at the job, then I was told it would be two more weeks to get the work done, if I accepted the proposal. The salesman arrived on schedule and wore a polo shirt with the company logo (uniform). The truck was well labelled as a Gutter Guys truck. I did notice the truck said "Gutter Cleaning" on the side. However, the salesman immediately began to paint a horrible description of the gutter system on my house and how the competitors product that was in use was not good compared to their product. My gutter system is only 4 years old and not in bad shape at all. When I informed him that I called for gutter cleaning only, I was given a bid with a warning that this was not something they really like to do. Don't call these guys to clean your gutters. Their gutter system looks nice and probably works great, but these guys are not going to come and clean your gutters...they are going to make a sales pitch and try to make you feel bad about your current gutters.

On time. Very hot day. Two good workers. I need two more down spouts.

Joe (salesman) very nice and honest. The foreman John was very nice, they did a very good job. We were very pleased. After they left you couldn't tell they were here. They even trimmed our trees off of our roof.

Service was provided while I was away from home. When I arrived home, gutters were completely cleaned out ( and they had been full of leaves and debris from trees) I was very satisfied.

They were punctual and did good work.

The installers were on time and very professional. They worked steady and didn't waste time. The results were very nice.

I saw a truck at a nearby residence and called the number. A sales person came to my house, explained the process, showed me pictures of the product and its installation on other roofs, quoted the price, and arranged an installation date. The installers came as agreed upon., quickly and efficiently installed the product, cleaned up and left. Installers were professional and courteous.

Gutter Guys were on time and took about the same amout of time they estimated. They did not pick up the old nails from the old gutters that fell onto the ground. I found several in the landscaping.
