Fantastically. We were recent "transports" from N.J. Having lived in Jersey for all our lives, we were very used to power outages. Not knowing who to hire, we looked up three companies to get estimate. Dan, from Satterfield and Ryan came first. He explained everything in detail, showed pictures and diagrams and by the end of his visit we felt as if we had been friends and that he is the most trustworthy person ever. Wesley was exceptional and installation went without any problems. The work was neat including the plumbing.They still call to " check up" on us to make sure everything is fine with the system (although they know as a system exercise is performed weekly for which they follow to make sure everything is fine and in order. We have NEVER had a problem but feel very confident knowing they are there to "take care of us". I would never hesitate in recommending Satterfield and Ryan to anyone. As a matter of fact, three others in our community have followed us and we have a friend in Georgetown as well as NJ who also contacted Satterfield and Ryan. The cost is very competitive and was never an issue with all six of us . CAlling the office to schedule yearly maintenance checkup is also easy and friendly.

Satterfield and Ryan installed undercabinet lighting in our kitchen. The project went off without a hitch. Joel and Wes did a great job on the install. The project was done on time and on budget. The lighting really enhanced the look of our kitchen, and really shows off our backsplash. They cleaned up when the job was complete and were very punctual and professional. We have used them for other jobs and their performance has always been top notch. We would highly recommend them our friends and neighbors.

Very well. I have had them for five years and they always remind me when service is due and set up an appointment that is convenient for me. Have never tried to up-sell any extras. A "good outfit".

Installers arrived on scheduled date and time. I was never inconvienced by the work performed. Unit tested and one on one instructions given to my husband and myself after job was completed. Work area was cleaned up. No damage to lawn or garden. Very knowledgeable, customer oriented staff and techs. Competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

Had an unusual issue discovered after they left. I feel the guy that did the work may have known, and did not tell me. Issue was discovered days later. I'd rather not elaborate

It was a turn key operation which was what I requested. They arranged for a plumber to do the piping for the gas line, moved all breakers for the generator, tested the system. They are a local company - easy to contact.
