Great service. They fixed an area of the roof that was prone to leaking. The entire roof got new shingles. They were very reasonable and offered a great job on the roof.

Mr. Grant came and gave an estimate for a new roof within 48hrs of my phone call. He was friendly, professional , and informative. He inspected the roof, fascia, and soffits and suggested what options were available to us , and the benefit of each. He showed us a variety of shingles, and explained the benefits and costs of each. He gave us a contract and said if we wanted to have it done, send the downpayment ,and we would be scheduled in a bout 2 to 3 weeks. As promised we received a call a duple of days in advance, and as scheduled , Mr Grant showed up with a crew of about 8 men......the roof was finished in about 2 1/2 hours ! They worked efficiently and as a well prepared team, and cleaned the area thoroughly before they left. I would highly recommend them without any reservations at all !

Robert came out a few days after calling him for an estimate. He came out looked at the roof and measured it. He provided us with an estimate during the same visit. His price was reasonable compared to others. I would call him again to get pricing on other roofing areas if needed. I just felt his price and product was not the best for this project.

Grant Roofing and Siding did a great job. They came and did it and was gone in one day. I could never even tell they were there, except the roof looked great. The clean-up was great. They didn't screw anything up in my yard or anything like that. I asked around for prices, and their prices were very reasonable. The shingles looked good and everything looked like it should. They did pretty good and were very professional.

I found them locally. They took up a section of the shingling over my garage which just sticks out somewhat from the front of the house because there was a leak in there where the water was going behind the siding and dripping down into the garage. They took care of the issue. They were really quick in responding. I described the problem over the phone to them and actually when they came to look at it, I wasn't even home. They came out and looked what was wrong. They then came back out and did the work. I did use them subsequently.
Description of Work: I used Grant Roofing & Siding to take a section of the roofing out, fix the flashing as well as the leak and put the whole roof back together over my garage.

I contacted them just before Christmas(a Weds.) and they came and gave me an estimate of the Friday after Christmas. After researching the cost, I decided it was fair and reasonable. I gave them the required deposit(1/2) and they completed the work yesterday. Even though it seems like a long time for services to be complete, with the weather(cold,rain,snow, etc.) it was done is relatively quick time. I came home to roof removed, new roof installed and everything cleaned up. All work looked good and done in 1 day. Would recommend them to friends and would use again if needed.

Arrived with lots of help and had the whole job done in two days. All the old material was cleaned up and hauled away. The new roof looks great and I look forward to no further leaks. Chose Grant and Sons because Bob Grant was very responsive, reasonably priced and was very professional. Had other estimates or tried to get other estimates and he was by far the best choice. Grant and Sons had done several other jobs in the community and everybody was happy with his work. He was very busy so there was a wait to get the work done but well worth the wait to know that the job is done right!

The roofers were thorough; did a neat job on the roof; picked up all debris and did a magnetic sweep for nails. They also covered shrubs with tarps to protect them from damage and raked out debris around the shrubbery. The crew was very friendly and answered all of my questions. They did some additional work adding copper flashing in a small area where the shingles abutted a brick wall and they repaired some gaps in the vinyl siding. I was very satisfied with the work done and plan to have them re-roof the back side of the house in a few years.
Description of Work: A portion of the roof on my 15 year old house showed damage after a wind storm. It turned out that the damage was caused by a sizeable area of rotted plywood resulting in shingle loss in the wind. Since the leak was over an extension of roof covering a walkway it went unnoticed and was not visible until the damage occurred. Mr. Grant examined the damage and overall roof condition and discussed options of repairing the damage only or re-roofing the entire front of the house and garage. After consideration I chose the latter primarilly to not have mismatched shingles and have a new looking roof as viewed from the street. The roof on the back side of the house is in fair to good condition except for mildew and stains and was not be reroofed at this time. Mr. Grant with a crew of six arrived at 8:00 a.m. as planned with all needed materials and equipment. They immediately went to work stripping the old roofing. The plywood was inspected and replaced where required. Roofing felt was applied and a heavy snow and ice layer of felt was used on eve edges and valleys. New drip edge was installed. The roof was reshingled and new ridge vents were installed. The shingles used were 30 year architectural with special stain and mildew resistant treatment.

The building getting the new roof is pitched measuring 45' by 24' which serves as a garage, storage area and shop. The crew arrived at 7:30 am on Monday and was finished by early afternoon on Tuesday as promised including clean-up. The only request I had was to run the magnet around the perimeter twice to make sure there were no nails left in the yard. They did this with no complaints. I was extremely satisfied with their work and attitude. I will definitely use them again to do the house on a future date.
Description of Work: Installed new roof. They removed all existing shingle and replaced it with 15LB felt, aluminum edging, and new architectural shingles and repaired soft spots of which there were several. I also had them replace all of the fascia wood and had them cover it with vinyl along with replacing the old siding on the gables with vinyl siding.
