Often times, buyers, sellers, other realtors, mortgage companies, attorneys, insurance companies and inspectors have a lot on their plate and miss important deadlines. Terra did not allow this to happen and her friendly reminders to all parties involved made sure that everything occurred when it was scheduled. Thank you, Terra King, for this awesome experience. We love our new home!
Description of Work: We purchased a home in an area that we were unfamiliar with. Terra King spent countless hours trying to find the perfect house for our family. Terra is detail oriented and tries to help you weigh all of your options so you do not make a rash decision. After we purchased the home, Terra has helped us become familiar with the area. I would refer anyone looking for a home to Terra as she provides phenomenal service and exceeded our expectations. Terra went above and beyond what a realtor is expected to do. She spent countless hours giving us tours and working on agreements. Every item in every document was explained in detail. We cannot thank her enough for making this such a smooth transition. We were complete strangers when we met her and she rolled out the red carpet.
