Description of Work: Called to get an estimate. He told me he would text me with the time to come by in the following Saturday. Never got a text, call or response back.

Description of Work: I can't say enough Great things about Carlos and his crew. But, before I go on, let me just say that IF you do not hire Carlos to do the work you need to have done, then all I can say is that you're going to lose out big time on getting the BEST crew and work done for your time and money!!! Carlos runs a family owned business and has been in business for over 15 years. He's completed jobs in Wilmington, Middletown and Dover, Delaware to name just a few. He is NOT high priced by no means and totally guarantees his work.. He was at my house overseeing and working alongside his family during the whole job. From beginning to end. Carlo's is very exact and has what I call detailitis. Meaning that he looks at and is involved in every detail of the job, from beginning to end, and makes sure it's done RIGHT the first time!! Like Mike Holmes (DIY television show - Holmes on Homes). The main thing that impressed me about Carlos was how Very Friendly and personable he was. He has a can do attitude and will work with you every step of the way to make sure that your job is done to your complete satisfaction and done right. The other thing I must mention is that I am So Lucky and fortunate that I met Carlos, on a fluke, when I walked into EP Henry and asked the clerk "Do you know a professional landscaper who is reputable and reliable and who can redo a patio for me?" The clerk said: "Yes, this man standing right here." That was one of the luckiest day of my life. I hit the jackpot!! Last but not least. Carlos, a personal thanks again to you and your family for doing such a GREAT job. They were meticulous & the final product Far Exceeded my highest expectations. I can recommend them most highly so call Juan and tell him I sent you.

Description of Work: I was getting this as a gift for a neighbor. First time I used them it was excellent service. This time they scheduled the appt but never called to confirm with her. She called them and they said they would be there at 1pm. I called her at 2:30 to see how everything was going and she said he was a no show and no phone call either. She no longer wants the service and I am very disappointed.

Description of Work: They did a great job of extending my existing patio - they took care to match the new stones with the existing ones and make sure they were set in correctly so that the extension appeared seamless. The crew was also careful not to damage existing plantings around the patio, left the area as they found it, and finished the job in the agreed-upon time. The foreman was very personable and made sure to explain his cost structure to me. I would not hesitate to use Sylca again.

Description of Work: Created and mulched multiple flower beds and around all trees. Moved existing plants, planted new plants. Juan Carlos and his crew were great! Very efficient, hardworking group. My landscaping looks beautiful!!

Description of Work: I believe that I gave my rating and evaluation at the time of service, as I remember writing that I had a hard time arranging a time and date and getting call backs, but when we finally connected, we were pleased and have used his services since and will again.
