Description of Work: The initial project/offer was for a retainer wall. Since Sylca had performed another project for me in the fall (a paver patio), I wanted to obtain their services for my latest backyard project. In addition to the retainer wall, I had a pergola installed. The retaining wall exceeded my expectations as well as the pergola. Both were professionally installed. Sylca is a very professional landscaping company who really has the interest of the customer in their work. I would definitely obtain their services again. Description of Work: Sylca is very professional landscaping company. I explained to him my version of a backyard oasis that I was in my head. On the first visit, I explained what I wanted to Carlos and he recommended that I get a professionally installed fire pit next to the patio. There's a night and day difference in what I expected and what I received. I have other phases of my backyard oasis that I would definitely like for Sylca to do the work. Sylca installed the paver patio, fire pit and sod in a very timely and professional manner. Definitely highly recommended!!!

Description of Work: We made contact over telephone on Tuesday Sept 23rd. Juan made an appointment to come over and see the scope of the work and quote for a paver driveway a patio and steps. An appointment was setup for Sep 26th between 1 and 2pm. I sent him a text reminder to remind him as I had traveled from work to home to meet him.He did not show up and neither did he respond to my texts or calls. Totally unprofessional.

Description of Work: Mulched, weeded, 3X6 pad for trash can. They did a great job, everything was cleaned up and looked fantastic.

Description of Work: CARLOS WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED A DETAILED INVOICE BEFORE THE WORK STARTED, BUT I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN. HIS MEN WERE PLEASANT AND WORKED WELL AS A TEAM, BUT BEST WHEN HE WAS WITH THEM =)

Description of Work: Delivered and spread mulch in front garden bed areas. I was'nt here, so he called with specific questions about the areas once he was working. Mulch still looks good!

Description of Work: I purchased this deal and arranged a time for them to come out. They showed up late on that day, but I still scheduled a day for them to complete the service. It's been 5 days since the service was supposed to be completed and I still haven't heard from him. I've sent an email with no response as of yet.

Description of Work: Put down (I believe it was) 2 yards of mulch on the beds in the back and fron of my townhouse. After a quick response and an exchange of phone numbers, I had to call him back because he didn't come on the first date we had agreed upoin to do the service. He did call back, finally,and apologized for his tardiness. We set up a new date, and he came and did a great job. Not one piece of mulch was left behind, which meant that he cleaned everything up! He asked what color mulch I preferred and it was exactly what I asked for. I would/will use him again!

Description of Work: Major pruning around property to shrubs and bushes. Topped/pruned two trees. Im;roved soil coverage for an older tree with exposed roots.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal for $279 for Six Hours of Landscape Clean-Up. They were good.

Description of Work: Was given quote for fixing pavers and sealing drive way, very lousy making appointments and scheduling , i was put on hold for three weeks, either this guys has a lot of work, or he is just lousy with scheduling, would not use his service, there are way to many others that well do the same job and schedule within a reasonable time.
