Sparkling Image Roof & Exterior Cleaning

I just wanted to commend the company and staff on the outstanding job they performed on my house. They far exceeded my expectations, the siding looks terrific and I will gladly be a reference for their company and have already passed their name around as a A-1 service. No doubt I will use them in the future

The job was unfortunately not what was expected as I thought paver sealing would give it a cleaner almost wet look. It didn't. I could have achieved the same thing power washing the area myself which I typically do about twice a season. The job was completed in less than thirty minutes, and was $319 as a discounted price.

My overall experience was excellent. The gentleman arrived at my home at the scheduled time. When he arrived he took a look at my gutters and explained to me that my gutter guards needed to be replaced - just about everything you can think of was getting through them anyway - and that he could not clean the gutters until they were removed. I asked him if he could do it and he did, also advising me that I should get new/higher quality gutter guards before the fall comes (my home is pretty much surrounded by large trees). He did the job for only $200 which I thought was a great price. He was professional, informative, prompt, and thorough. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Cleaned all walkways and patios

It worked our really well; I was really pleased. The price was good.

On June the first he came in the morning. I wasn't home. He cleaned with the machine and I think he used a pressure washer because my pavers are damaged. It rained the rest of that week. On Jun 4th, when we had a dry day, I called and said there was damage on the driveway. He came back out on June 4th at 8:14. He claimed that the chipped marks must have been there prior. He lied, because I know my driveway. He claimed I didn't have to worry about anything because he has insurance. He gave us his insurance information, I filed a claim, and it was denied. He doesn't have coverage for this type of damage. We've attempted to call and email him, and he hasn't responded. I told him we are prepared to move forward and that want to sue him. He not trying to work with us to get this rectified.

I CALLED HIM AT 1PM TO SEE WHERE HE WAS AT AND HE TOLD ME HE WAS IN TRAFFIC.. SINCE I HAD TOTALLY CLEARED THE WHOLE HOUSE TO PREPARE FOR HIM.. I ASKED HIM IF THERE WAS ANY REASON AS TO WHY HE WOULDN'T SHOW UP.. HE TOLD ME NO, HE WOULD DEFINITELY BE THERE.. I CALLED HIM AT 2:30.. NO ANSWER .. I TEXTED HIM TO SAY IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE JUST LET ME KNOW AND NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE.. ITS ONE THING TO GET JAMMED UP ..TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TO RETURN A CALL OR TEXT AND APOLOGIZE.

They arrived on time, were polite and friendly and got to work!

I had called Sparkling Image mid June to get an estimate on power washing our house. Shawn was able to come out that evening, he discussed the process and what they would be able to do, how long it would take and answered all my questions. I called the following day to have them perform the work. The day of the job they arrived on time and completed the job within the expected time window. Shawn and his crew were very professional and did a fantastic job. The house and everything looks great.

Service was scheduled for late afternoon. Thunderstorms were rolling in. I contacted provider to see if he wanted to re-schedule - not safe to be up there with lightning. Aware of the weather he had come early and completed the job. Nice work.

THEY CAME EARLY IN THE DAY, PERFORMED THE WORK, AND LEFT THE AREA CLEAN AS A WHISTLE. VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

They just scheduled the time and came out and I didn't even have to be here so I never saw them but I saw the gutters afterwards and the gutters were great. They got back to me right away. They did what I asked. I would definitely use them again.

Shawn and his team are outstanding ! Arrived on time, got right to work, answered all my questions and were very professional and polite in every respect. When I originally called Shawn about hiring his company, he came out the next day and was very patient and informative regarding my questions, concerns and details about the cleaning. I was extremely impressed by the results and would use them again in a heartbeat. He even offered tips on what type of paint to use if and when I ever paint the interior of my house !

Shawn came out and offered me a quote for both pressure washing the house and a roof cleaning. As this was our first time paying for this type of service wifey opted to just do the house first and see how it went. Shawn and his crew did an absolutely amazing job. Living near the canal we get tons of algae buildup and before Shawn showed up the siding was looking rough. Now the house is spotless, and we are impressed beyond even what we expected. We will definitely be havi Shawn's crew back out to finish the job and get the roof cleaned some time soon.

We have a heavily shaded lot. I didn't realize how dirty the roof was until they cleaned. They removed a lot of moss and other debris that wasn't visible from the ground. The roof and deck both look great..

Shawn and his workers came as scheduled and worked diligently to fix some of the issues with the pool anchors and uneven pavers due to settling over time. They completed the work within a week as promised and our 10-year-old patios look brand new. Shawn was always receptive to our questions, was a great problem-solver, and was flexible in working around our schedules and that of other contractors' schedules. It was a pleasure to work with someone who takes pride in doing a job well. His workers were pleasant and obviously hard-working. Since we have tried to do this type of work ourselves in the past, we know how much work goes into the job and so despite the cost involved, the end result was worth it. We will definitely use Sparkling Image again in the future and would highly recommend their services.

Shawn and his crew did a exceptional job with each of the areas cleaned. Our home has a fresh and clean look, and the painted shutters just make it look that much better. Our deck is now ready for the season and our shed is ready for a new coat of paint. i will definitely hire Shawn in the future! Thanks for the great work!

I called Sparkling Image Roof and exterior cleaning in the morning for an estimate on power washing our brick patio,walk and also the portion of our siding where mold/mildew collects. Shawn was in the neighborhood and arranged to come at 1:00 that day to give me an estimate. He arrived promptly at 1:00. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and was available to do the work right then. Shawn and a helper worked very efficiently and had the job done in no time. The siding looks great and the patio has never had a better cleaning. It looks like new! ( The power washing did remove the sand between the bricks in the patio but we knew that would happen and expected to have to replace the sand.) I would highly recommend Sparkling Image.

Quick response and fast service. I noticed water overflowed around gutter pipe and I thought something clogged around it. I could get fix by myself if roof is low, but it was really high. He responded all my message via Angie's list and fixed quick. Thank you!

Good service....Only thing charged for three story town home to clean gutters but used second floor deck to access the third floor gutter. Only went up one floor technically but whose counting...

We were happy with the deck cleaning and we also purchased an additional siding cleaning which they did very well. We had also arranged for them to paint the deck and that did not turn out very well. It has to be repainted in the spring. The paint has just worn away and I realize painting was not their main focus but then they should have told us. They had to cancel because of weather and we tried to call them and got no response and then one day they just showed up and did the work.

Shawn responded to my initial request immediately and stopped by to see what needed to be done. He was thorough in his inspection of our gutter and explained exactly how he would correct our gutter problem and then how he would attach the new gutter to our roof above the back door. He snapped a photo of our paint color and then matched it exactly. There was a little mix-up with the date for Shawn to come back and do the work, but that was easy to fix. Today, two other gentlemen came to do the actual repair and installation of the new gutter. The only suggestion I would have is that the gentlemen who came today, need to introduce themselves to the homeowner before they start work. I did see that they wore clothing with the company name, but otherwise, I would not know who they were. In a couple of hours the original gutter was re-aligned and the new gutter and drain spout were hung. The new gutter matches the house and trim exactly and looks wonderful. We will have a chance to see how everything works during the next big rain. I was impressed by the quality of their work and enjoyed talking to all three professionals.
