Crew was great ! They came on the confirmed date and did an excellent job cleaning our mildewed siding and our filthy stucco chimney. The chimney looks like new, and for as old as the siding is - it looks better than it has in a LONG time ! Crew did a wonderful job cleaning up as well. Will plan to use again !

He used a machine that looked like a floor polisher that was attached to a hose and the dirt, scum and debris all came off. It really looks great.

I definitely will hire Shawn Tiller (Sparkling Image owner) for future work -- he and his assistant did a fantastic job clearing the dirt and debris that had accumulated on our home. I contacted Shawn earlier this week and he called me back within the hour. He drove over that day to provide an estimate. Shawn walked me through the service and explained the process for cleaning the walls (brick and stucco), the gutters, and the windows. We agreed on a price and scheduled the service for today, 12/31/15. Shawn showed up this morning (earlier than expected, which is great) and prepped all of his materials and equipment. He rang the bell, and confirmed that we were ready (i.e., he wanted to make sure that we had unlocked the window screens so that he could raise them and clean inside the window wells). A few hours later, our entire house was clean and all the accumulated debris, cobwebs, green grime, etc. was gone. As someone who relies heavily on reviews, I wanted to make sure that other folks in the area feel good about reaching out to Shawn to have him perform their power washing.

Sparkling Image does very nice work. This went well and was done very professionally. Sean also highlighted to me that one of my roof pipe boots was in bad shape. They have also cleaned my front porch and siding as well as my neighbor's and friend's home. They have a very good reputation amongs the three of us since the homes look so nice after they complete the work.

Didn't go well at all. Waited a few weeks for the service and they never showed up. Seems the contractors your listing shouldn't be. If they're not reliable how can you endorse them. The reputation you've built on Angie's List is slipping away. It's only time before your site becomes useless.

Provider was on time and went above and beyond expectations. Responsiveness for scheduling could be improved but overall satisfied with experience.

It was okay. It was a pretty short visit because my gutters were not as clogged as I thought they were. They had warned me about this. We had gutter guards on. I had asked them to lift them up to check underneath. They weren't really able to get it back on in the way that looks very nice. There were some areas where the roof now is a little bit bent in. Everything else was fine. They came basically like a couple of days after. They were very timely. The interaction was very positive. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They were able to explain what they were doing. I just would have liked the roof to be back in the same way before they got here. The shingles are actually bent in in some places. They did warn me about it. I guess the price was good. I was okay with the price they charged. I would probably not use them in the future.

Shawn was extremely professional, from estimate to completion of work. My house is clean and free of mold and grime. I am very happy with the results. Sparkling Image is a great company to do work at your home. I have been known to be picky, and have zero complaints. Great work ethic, hard to find these days! I will hire again in the future.
