Sparkling Image Roof & Exterior Cleaning

We were using an Angie's deal for Sparkling Image last year already, and we were very happy. So when the same deal showed up this year it was an easy choice. We had a little misunderstanding regarding the date, but no harm done, and it was in the middle of the holidays anyways. Next appointment worked perfectly and all my gutters and down spouts are clean again, and I have no water running over the gutters anymore. I'll have Sparkling Image come next year again.

It went great. My husband is very particular. He doesn't like getting people to do work because they don't do as well as he would. They outdid even his expectations.

They came as promised, on the day promised. With the exception of a few clumps of debris here and there, they did a great job.

Quick, professional and easy to work with

It was good. The deal was just what I paid through Angie's List. They missed a few things on my roof. I had to go up and double-check the work. I had to redo it myself when they left. They weren't that meticulous with their work. The price was okay.

They were very prompt with the estimate and put us on the schedule for 2 weeks later. We cleared the whole deck and waited. They didn't show up on the day they were scheduled nor did they call. I called them and left messages and email. Two days later I received an email saying he was sick and will get to me by the end of the week. After not showing up that week, the next week I was told that there were 2 guys out sick and they'll get to me by the end of the month. Two more weeks passed and I did not hear from them. Finally, I emailed and told them that I had to go with someone else for my deck. Illness and bad weather are very understandable, however, poor communication is not.

The service turned out well generally. This is the first time I have ever hired someone to do power washing for me and the areas that they cleaned, they seemed to do well, but there was a lot of the grit of the material that was used in power washing that was sort on the side of my deck and on some of the pool equipment and there were even some rings of it where they sat whatever equipment they used on the deck which seemed to mostly wash of. I did not know if that was common for that type of material to be left over and it could not be helped or if they usually washed that kind of stuff off somehow. So, the concrete looks very clean and I am happy with how it looks, but I am not sure about the stuff they left behind.

Excellent work-- Shawn and his crew arrived early and began work immediately once we closed all windows for the power washing. The house smelled and looked wonderful after finishing the power washing and the awnings looked brand new! Last year we power washed the roof so it was not needed this year--we did use Sparkling Image for this job. We will continue to use Sparkling Image each year for all our outside house cleaning and highly recommend this company.

The gutter cleaning went really well. I bought a deal for $99 and he said there wasn't a lot be done so he finished it in 30 minutes and only charged me half the rate (giving me a $50 credit for a future job). I used that credit this past week for a power washing job which also went very well. They brought four guys and did a very thorough job. I am very pleased with the work and have recommended them to other people.

I was seeking a quote on behalf of a family member. The first time I called, I reached a gentleman and we had a brief conversation. He related their minimum price to come out. He asked a question about my specific cleaning needs and I became interested in having additional cleaning done. He said now that I was adding something on, he would need to pull up the house on his computer and figure out a more accurate price. He stated he was in an area with no WIFI coverage, but that shortly he would be able to pull up the home's location and call me back with an accurate price. I gave him the property address to look up. He never called me back that day. The following day I called again and left a message. He then tried to call me back, but hung up before I could answer the phone. I immediately called him back and he did not answer. Two days later, he has not attempted to contact me. I don't get it. He had gotten me interested in purchasing additional cleaning services beyond my original plans. Then he apparently lost interest in my business altogether.

Shawn was very professional and responsive. He came at the time we agreed to and provided an estimate quickly. His suggestion as to how to address my deck issues was much cheaper than the other estimate I received. We had a delay due to the rain but he communicated well and when the weather cleared he did the work and I am happy with it.

It went very well. I was not home at the time. My wife was home, she was very pleased with the job. She was very pleased and very happy. We were pleased with the promptness, scheduling and everything went very well. We would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Shawn was very easy to work with, called the day before confirming our appointment, and even arrived a little early for the appointment. Shawn and his crew did a great job. They were professional and courteous. Our house looked like new when they were finished. We would definitely use Sparkling Image again.

I purchased an Angie's List deal to pressure wash, install new sand and seal 250 sq ft of pavers. The vendor was difficult to schedule throughout the process, but was especially slow to respond after I complained about the original service. The walkway that I selected has red brick pavers (EP Henry) with black paver sand. The vendor did a good job pressure washing the walkway, but used white sand to refill the joints. Completely unacceptable .... it looked terrible and, as most folks know, would not harden and adhere within the joints like paver sand. I asked the vendor to blow the loose sand out of the joints and install proper paver sand. The vendor agreed to the request, but stated that they only ordered materials in bulk and it would take a while to obtain the proper sand (what ?? --- it is standard color paver sand!). It took several weeks from that point for the vendor to finally complete the job.

Work was completed as promised.

These guys are tremendous. I had a big deal and while they were a bit more money than I had previously spent on Big Deal power washes, they were the best I have used. They presoak they use is outstanding.
