Their was no debris in your gutters. You do not have any trees in your neighborhood. I told you before I started work nothing would be in your gutter and call Angies List for a refund. You said clean the gutters their must be some dust or dirt in them so we pressure washed the dust out. Normally all deris is scoped out of the gutters by hand than the gutters are rinsed with water.

Description of Work: Two employees arrived to clean my gutters. They were on time and did an excellent job. I have a lot of trees surrounding my house and the gutters were quite full. They were here for a few hours cleaning the gutters and hauled away the leaves. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I never saw them. They had responded by email that they had done the work. I checked the gutter over the garage and it was clear but dirty. They said that they would return to caulk the gutter that was dripping water down on the deck when I had wanted them to check why water was dripping in the first place. That one still leaks.

We called and emailed you several times. If you check the message center you will see that you responded saying you never checked your messages. As for the leaking gutter I recauked it at the end cap. Their may be a problem somewhere else. I simple phone call and we would come back to your house and take a look at the gutter.

You are talking about another contractor. I came to your house to install shutters. I came to your house, measured the shutters. I called you with the price of the shutters, around $1000.00 for shutters and $250 to install the shutters. You said the price was fine but you never gave me he deposit for the shutters.

Description of Work: Cleaned the gutters and downspouts. I assume they did minor repairs, but I never heard back as to what repairs were made. I asked to brush off some roof moss that was easily removed. They did some but not all, and left the moss strewn in the yard. They did the extra favor of replacing two floodlights on the second floor when they were up on the ladders.
