Description of Work: I had my gutters cleaned. I set the appointment & the day of the appointment I took off of my job to make certain that I was there on time since this appointment was in the morning. Well, waited & waited for about 15 mins and called. I got a rude response on the phone when I asked if the person was coming to clean the gutters. I was told that appointment would have to be changed to another day. I stated that I had gotten off of my job and I would need to make certain that this appointment time would be honored. The person was so rude to me that he snapped at me on the phone and stated that he would come in the afternoon (later on the same day). I again came home early from work and the person was late. Upon arrival he had an attitude. I wanted to ask questions about what if anything he needed and he seemed to brush me off. The person finished the job and I was shocked to learn that I was face to face with the owner of the company. He also confirmed that he talked to me earlier on the phone (rude I may add). He completed the job & it seems like he did a good job but his whole attitude towards me was not great experience. I guess he didn't care that I was a new customer so I an not eager to promote or use his service. This was also my first time using Angie's list too so I am a little concern about shopping for folks.
