 + -1 moreArranged for service via phone. Shawn is professional and we setup a date for service for about 2 weeks out. I received an invoice via email within a couple of days of our phone call. The service itself took place on the correct day as promised. The results were great. No more black streaks of algea on our roof. Crew cleaned up after itself. We only had to clean the storm door at the front of our house afterwards - not a big deal.

I am happy with the work but I believe there is always room for improvement. I would recommend him to others. I had to pay an additional $50 on top of the Big Deal price because I have a two-story building. I will probably call him again if I have to.

 + 0 moreWhen Shawn Tiller came to our home for an inspection prior to the roof cleaning, he explained the treatment process and answered any questions. At that time we discussed additional work, e.g. skylight cleaning, deck pressure washing, and the possible replacement of 2 roof vent pipe collars. After a few appointment postponements during the winter months because of weather, Shawn and his associate, Donovan, did complete the job recently. They were friendly, competent, and easy to work with. In general, Shawn's prices are reasonable, too. We would definitely recommend their services. With the deck pressure washing, our old deck boards look brand new. Because we were pleased with their work, we've hired them to return and stain all deck areas.
Description of Work: The "Big Deal" was originally for a whole roof algae treatment by Sparkling Image.

 + 0 moreShawn came out for an estimate the same day we called him, and was very courteous and professional. He explained how he would clean the various surfaces and went through the scope of the work. It was a two-man job, done in the time frame Shawn had told us it would take, and the results far exceeded our expectations. We even asked if they could do our front sidewalk after they started, and they were happy to do that also. They moved our deck furniture and even covered our grill to protect it from the cleaning. When they were finished they even cleaned our front storm door to get rid of the water spots from the spray. I can't say enough about the quality of their work and the fair price.
Description of Work: I had the exterior of our house cleaned, along with our composite deck, treated concrete front porch, and sidewalk.

 + -1 moreThey were great! I paid for for a roof cleaning through Angies List. I sent them an email with the address and explained that I had the house up for sale. Next thing I know, I received pictures e-mailed to me (before and after) of the roof. They did a great job! The roof looks better than I've ever seen it look. Some potential buyers came back yesterday to look at the house (2nd time), and might put an offer in. I know the outside looks better than they remembered because the roof is so clean. (I can just hear the buyer's conversation - "wow, it looks really good - better than I remembered..." ) Sparkling Image was easy to work with, prompt, and did a great job. Definitely recommend!

Description of Work: I contacted Shawn through Angie's List after another contractor never showed up to perform my roof cleaning. Shawn showed up promptly at the time decided upon and gave me a detailed estimate. The estimate included cleaning the gutters and fascia on the house. The morning after I returned from vacation, Shawn and his helper were right on time at 7:00 a.m. The roof was cleaned along with the gutters and fascia of my home. Shawn did a WONDERFUL job!! He also gave me a 5-year warranty on future spots appearing on the roof. My husband and I were more than pleased with his service. He recommended that the 2 collars around our vent pipes be replaced. He took photos of the holes and cracks around the collars and sent them to my laptop computer. We agreed on a fair price for the collars. During our discussion, I mentioned putting a cap on the chimney to keep birds out and he stated he would buy one at cost to me and install for free. Shawn is a true professional. He is an honest businessman and I would most definitely recommend him to my friends and family members. Shawn......looking forward to working with you on my next exterior project.

 + 0 moreTwo man crew showed up promptly at 9am as promised. We had worked through a couple of 'rain dates' before getting to the actual date of work. Shawn worked with me very well to arrive at mutually suitable date. Whole process took a couple of hours. Cleaned and Washed roof and then treated it a couple of times. Last treatment would rinse off in the next rain and bring up the color in the roof shingles even more, which it did. The job was guaranteed for 7 years based on the condition of my roof at the the time of service. I was very happy with the: - gutter clearing and cleaning as part of the service, this was spelled out in the estimate.- promptness- professionalism and courteousness of the crew- warranty Very little if anything I would have done differently. I have since recommended this service to a friend of mine who had the service performed and was pleased as well.

 + 2 moreOwner & Operator Mr. Shawn Tiller came to our home to give estimate. We were pleased with the economical price for the exterior house pressure washing. We also agreed to have shutters painted. He showed up to work on time as promised. He worked carefully and diligently. The house was sparkling like new. He also presented color samples to choose from and left us the can of un-used paint, as we requested. He stuck to his estimate and date of completion. Shawn is pleasant, safe and professional. During the previous Fall of 2011, we used his service to replace roof shingles lost in a wind storm and to remove the "black-streak-algae" or "Fungus" that grows on roofing. Our roof and house look like new! Thank you Shawn!
Description of Work: 1st Job: November 2, 2011 Replaced a few roof shingles and roof washing treatment to rid the "Black-Algae" or Fungus that destroys roof shingles. 2nd Job: April 29, 2012 he stared exterior pressure washing of house. He completed exterior wash, but rain was in forecast for evening and next few days. We all agreed that painting of shutters would need to wait until forecast clears. The next optimal clear day he returned early in morning to assess property and paint the shutters. He completed job as promised.

Description of Work: Contractor cleaning black algae from roof, siding and gutters. All exterior vinyl including siding windows and soffit and facia was cleaned by hand washing and rinsing.
