Sparkling Image Roof & Exterior Cleaning

The majority of the moss/algae was removed after the initial cleaning. There was some residual moss that had been killed, but required some additional time to fall off the roof. The service provider had let us know to expect that. We were satisfied with the final outcome and would recommend them to others.

We were very pleased with the work done. Our roof looks new and my parents asked if we had the house painted. They were able to get rid of various stains, etc. on our house.

First Shawn Tiller came out to give me an estimate of how much it would cost to power wash my house and gutters. He arrived on time and gave me a fair estimate. I told him that I was also getting estimates from other people and he was fine with that. He never pressured me and even gave me some tips on what to ask other power wash technicians. I was very impressed with his straight forward answers and after a few days decided to hire him. He gave me his cell phone number and I had no problems getting in touch with him wihen I had to reschedule. Mr. Tiller and his partner arrived at the time agreed upon and got started to work right away. They were finished in a few hours and asked me to come out and inspect everything to make sure I was satisfied. They showed me pictures of my gutters before the cleaning and afterwards. I hadn't power washed my house in several years and it really needed to be done badly. They got everything off without damaging the exterior siding. I would recommend Shawn Tiller highly for anyone who needs this type of service done. Sparkling Image Co. should be proud to have such good worker as Mr. Tiller and his partner representing their company.

It went very well. He showed up the same day that I called to give me the estimate. Went over everything I needed to replace. He also fixed my gutters and replaced some roof shingles for me.

Shawn arrived a little after 9 am and had a partner using a concrete power washer - looks like a buffing machine for concrete to do driveway and patio and front porch. Roof was washed and treated - whole roof as well as all growth cleaned out of gutter - even included new gutter guard instillation throughout , then power washed the entire house. Great job at a reasonable price. I had another offer that did not include all the above for 600.00 higher price. I would highly recommend Shawn and his team anytime. Plan to use him every year to clean and maintain gutters and touch ups to house.

Responded to inquiry quickly, thoroughly explained services and answered questions. I wasn't at home when work was performed, but Shawn called with full report. I had some follow up questions so Shawn came back out to go over everything with me in person. Cleaning and tightening gutters definitely helped during recent storms - no more overflow (which had been pummeling Bilco doors and leaking into basement). Also trimmed some branches and identified possible roof leak from broken vent collar.

The owner showed up on time. He was very professional and courteous. Inspected the outside of my house before he even took a ladder off the truck. He explained what he would be doing and about how long it would take before he started. He finished when he said he would and cleaned after himself before he gave me the bill. I would use his services again.

Roof was terrible looking, streaks, algae, etc. I couldn't even tell what color the roof was. Now it looks like a normal roof, not brand new but all one color (grey, surprise!) and in reasonable condition for it's age, no streaks or algae left.

My new home owners company required we remove the moss from our garage roof. I called Shawn based on the reviews from Angie's list. We did have a few communicative issues but he did make everything right very quickly and did a fantastic job. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Just words just can't say enough good things about Shaun and his crew at Sparkling Image to express how HAPPY we are with the looks of our Home after the service we received yesterday, but I'll try........... Our home is in NJ on a wooded-wet lot and mildew has always been an issue, but not after Shaun's service, the house actually looks new again, 12 years "young" now! We tried to stay on top of the problem ourselves, but over the years it became worse & worse. The tan siding was green with mold, the roof had thick moss where my husband couldn't reach (three stories up with a 12x12 pitch) and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! The crew cleaned all of the Siding & Roof, Stone, Concrete and Stucco and in about 1/2 day everything was "Sparkling"! We didn't even realize that the Stone & Stucco was so dirty, until they brought it back to the original colors! They are real professionals, not just using a power washer, but have all the right equipment and cleaning supplies to get things done right and for a very reasonable fee. I don't want to forget to mention the prompt friendly service we received as well. I plan on keeping his business card on file and pass some on to friends that have the same issues with their homes in my area. Thanks Shaun for a GREAT JOB!

I called morning of 6/25/13 and Shawn Tiller the owner said he could get me in same day because he had another job he was finishing up and the price would be 150.00. I was surprised because other reviews showed $99 price but I had been unable for 1 and 1/2 weeks to get ahold of my usual company to clean gutters so I agreed to $150. Set appointment for around 1:30. Got a call saying Shawn was outside my house approximately 1130 and ready to start work. Shawn and a crew of two others cleaned gutters. Everyone was polite and the crew worked quickly and left everything clean. Shawn and I talked and he told me some things to watch out for in fine print on some other companies agreement. He asked if I wanted his company to contact me in the fall about fall gutter cleaning and we agreed he should call about mid November to see if I needed the gutters cleaned again. He said the cost would be $100, a one time offer. I was very [pleased to get same day service and with the work done. Thought the $150 was high but I was anxious to get the work done since there have been so many storms and gutter had overflowed.

I would highly recommend Shawn and his crew. They were very professional, worked fast and cleaned up very nicely after the job was completed. They made us feel as though our job was their top priority. Our deck, house and front walkway looks AMAZING!! The price was unbelievable as well. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend Sparkling Image to family, friends and neighbors.

The service that they provided me went very well. I was pleased with their scheduling process, the service and the results. I paid them extra because I had a two story house.

From start to finish they were very professional and very responsive. I found the price of $400 to be very good for house that's 2 story & 4,300 square feet. Some other places I called wanted twice as much. I will definitely call sparkling Image again and I'll be having them come out to power wash and stain my deck soon.

I called Sparkling Image to get an estimate for the work. The owner came out that same day and gave me what I considered a very good rate for the service. He scheduled a time to come out and do the work. He was on time and did a great job. Everything looked as good (and maybe even better) than I had anticipated. The person doing the work was very courteous. I know I will use their services again whenever I need work that they perform done. Excellent company.

The house is now clean and sparkling. Really friendly guys who worked hard and did an excellent job. Will refer them to friends and neighbors!

He arrived early for the appointment and started right away. He was very easy to work with and very professional. The 2 man crew pressure washed everything they said they were going to. When they were done we did a walk around to see the results. What a big change the cleaning made - no more green stuff. The front entrance way looked like a brand new house with it's sparkling clean exterior. I was very pleased with Shawn's work and would gladly recommend him to others. Plus there was a coupon for $50. off Angie's list which brought my bill down and allowed me to get some extras done.

The contractor performed as expected.

Later on when it rained I had leaks. Did not have leaks prior to the roof cleaning. Unsat.

I was told that the gutters would "look like new" but he was unable to get them completely clean. Also I had an appointment for Friday at 1pm, when he did not show by 1:20pm I called and he said "he was just about to call because he was stuck on another job". He reschedled for the following Monday and was on time.

Selected this company from Angie's List due to high ratings. Work went about as perfectly as possible. Owner (Shawn Tiller) is very professional. Came on the dot when he said he would and completed the job efficiently. I recommend this company highly. One caution: If you want your gutters cleaned of the "gray streaks" they get over the years (which requires strong alkaline products similar to oven cleaner), mention that you want them cleaned. If you don't, that will (understandably) not be included in the whole-house washing.

I called Sparkling Image as well as 5 other power washing companies. Sparkling Image returned my call within hours & came out for an estimate the same day (I'm still waiting for others to return my phone calls). They were the lowest of 3 quotes received & honored the Angies List coupon. We wanted to quickly get the house on the market & Sean squeezed us into the schedule. He & his crew did an excellent job of power washing the house, patio & porch. We also needed several roofing shingles replaced. Sean was able to find some shingles that matched our roof from a previous job that he did & only charged us a small amount for his labor, but did not charge us for the material. When our real esate agent saw the work performed by Sparkling Image, he was very pleased at how well our house looked & asked that we get the driveway & sidewalk done. I called Sean & the next day they again squeezed us in & power washed our double driveway & sidewalk. I have one minor issue and that is that the person who power washed the sidewalk did not go to the end of our property. That could have been my fault for not explaining where the property line was & not inspecting all of it before he left. I was extremely pleased & amazed that the driveway & the sidewalk I saw came out looking like new (I didn't look around the corner of our property where he stopped short). When I called Sean, he apologized & said he would send someone back the next day to finish the job, but they never came. Despite this, I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the low price & the professionalism of Sparkling Image. I would highly recommend them & would definitely use them again.

Overall he did a good job, however some spots were not washed. He did not power wash it which I thought he would do.
