Sparkling Image Roof & Exterior Cleaning

I was pleased with the work. However, he told me on the phone when I initially spoke with him I would receive a four year warranty on the work. Then when he came to do the work on June 2nd, he said it was a three year warranty. He said he would email me the warranty. I still hadn't received it around the beginning of July, so I called him. He kept saying he was having problems with my email, so at that point he said he would mail it to me per my request and confirmed my address. I still haven't received my warranty information from him via mail or email at this point.

It was FANTASTIC! I am so happy with the results. The green algae is GONE (and is still gone a year later)! I was home for part of the time he was cleaning the house, and I hardly heard the water. Shawn even cleaned the gutters, which I wasn't expecting. Now they look like brand new again. The paint on the chimney was chipping terribly, and the pressure washing cleaned it well enough for us to prime and paint. Furthermore, Shawn was so personable. He promptly returned my phone call, set up an appointment to discuss the job within a couple days, and completed the job at a mutually agreed-upon time. His price was so reasonable - I thought hiring out house cleaning would have cost 2-3x what he charged - I wished I had called him sooner rather than even trying to clean the house myself. He was done in just a couple hours, much less time than I expected. I would definitely recommend Shawn and Sparkling Image for your exterior house cleaning.

The work went really well. He was in and out before I knew. Two thumbs!

The gutter cleaning part went okay but on the day of the appointment, the person did not show up at the scheduled time. Half hour past the scheduled time we had to call the guy and remind him because we had to take off from work and were waiting at the house for him (we wanted to be there during the visit). He finally showed up hour and half past the appointment time.

They just emailed me and informed me that they do not service my area. They told me just to request a refund.

They showed up a little before appointment time and got to work. The two guys worked diligently for three hours and were able to work around only having one outdoor faucet and limited solid ground around the house. They did an excellent job and made the house look new again. They know their business and I will definitely use them again next year to power wash my house.

Excellent job !!! Arrived on time. Totally removed all mildew and staining from the house. Were very careful of surrounding plantings They even powerwashed the landscape stones around the gardens. Would definitely recommend.

Did not schedule service at this time. Will be waiting until next season.

The project went smoothly. Contractor was ontime and very professional.

Process only took a few hours and everything was clean. I received another estimate for the same work and it was triple the price. If I had to clean the exterior of my home again, I would call Sparkling Image Roof Cleaning.

Very courteous and professional. The two man team patiently answered my questions and did a terrific job! They went above expectations by moving things along the side of the house, carrying a trash bag for the leaves that we're pulled from the gutters and checking a few suspect gutter elbows for clogs. Leading up to the service, Shawn was very responsive to emails and was prompt to provide a quote.

I bought the Angie's Big Deal for $99 with another gutter cleaner (Everything Gutter) who was awful to deal with. I cancelled that deal and went with Sparkling and they were great! They didn't add to the charge because our gutters were longer than 100 ft (as per the deal) and they were a pleasure to deal with. I specifically asked to be called when they were going to come to the house and they honored that request (unlike Everything Gutter). They are honest, prompt, efficient and only charge by the gutter length and do not include the downspouts. Makes sense but not the case with the other gutter guy. Would recommend them to friends.

Shawn and his crews did a great job whenever they were at our home. We would recommend his service, and we will have him back in the future. He had to come a couple of times last Spring to finish the various jobs because of weather issues. The professionalism of Shawn and his crews made him stand out. Also, he did what he said he'd do, was friendly and punctual, and gave us a fair price.

Sparkling Image Roof & Exterior Cleaning did a great job. It rained so they had to come back because I saw a couple spots on the roof and they came back to take care of that. The price was fair, but a little bit above average. I did have to call several times because they were busy. They were professional. I would use them again.

Shawn first came and observed what was going on in my office. He called me the next day and told me his new steamer was not functioning. He suggested I call someone else. I appreciated his honesty and started to call other contractors. I found someone in the King of Prussia area. Lo and behold, Shawn called me back and said his new steamer was working. I called the other contractor and cancelled them. Shawn arrived w/ another man. Unfortunately, the steam machine stopped again. Shawn and his team member removed as much snow as possible from the gutters. Shawn then chipped away the ice at the gutter where the leak was located. He did not charge me. When the weather gets a little warmer, he will return and take care of the gutters.

The process was fast and I did not have to be involved which is what I loved most. My roof was ugly and streaking with stains. These guys showed up and did the job. They called me before and after and then when I saw the house I was amazed. I would use this service from this provider again.

Got them through the Angies list coupon. They very nice. Cleaned the gutters and provided me with digital pictures of the inside of the gutters. I will definitely use them again.

They told me the price & I accepted. I asked if I should leave a check with my mom who would be there because I was going to be at work. They said no, you pay when you see the work and make sure you are satisfied. Now that's customer service!

Sean, from the company, contacted me withing 48 hours of my contracting for his services via Angie's list. When he called we were right in the middle of diinner ( it was a late dinner that night, so he wasn't calling at what would be an obvious bad time), which I explained to him. He was very courteous and said he would call back on another day. He did call back and explained exactly what the service entailed, including the fact that if we also had mold on the roof it might take about a week, after treatment, to go away completely, and a date to perform the service. He called the day before he was due to arrive to make sure that someone would be home and to make sure that the time of the service would be in the afternoon, so that any moisture from dew would be dried before the application of his cleaning solution. He showed up on schedule and, according to my wife (I was out of town) was very professional and thorough in performing his service. There was an additional $50 charge because our house was two stories ( we were aware of this before he came). Sean also said that our roof was a little bigger than the square footage maximum that was allowed under the Angie's list deal, but when he couldn't find that on the web site he waived it. Overall we were very pleased with the service and would recommend the company to others.

The work was done very well. We got what we expected from a cleaning perspective and the result looks great. The only issue we have is that the patio cleaning around the pool resulted in a signficant amount of dust and sediment in the pool. The work could have been done such that the dust, etc.. was pushed away from the pool.

Provider was punctual to estimate visit. We decided on a good day to start the job. Power washing was done on time and VERY WELL. The painting of the deck was postponed by rain, and further postponed because provider had others jobs, due to the rainy days. I had to call him twice to find out what was going on. In general, I am very pleased with the work and have already recommended him to a family member. I will definitely use this provider again.

Everything went well. All the stains and moss were cleaned off my roof. I am very happy with the entire experience with Shawn and Sparkling Image. I would positively hire Shawn and his company for any services he offers.
