Sparkling Image Roof & Exterior Cleaning

They came out to give an estimate yesterday. They stated that they can't do the work. I have asked for a refund.

I first ordered the $99 special for gutter cleaning for my new townhome. Shawn not only was on time, he came earlier than expected so I missed him. He was nice enough to blow all the leaves from my deck that accumulated during tAutumn. What a plus! I actually brought my rake that morning to clean the deck but didn't have to! :-) I spoke to Shawn afterwards and he explained how my gutter is shared with my neighbors (I have an interior unit) and that a cleaning would be for naught if my neighbors do not clean their sections (makes sense!). He recommended inserts to preserve the life and function of my section of the gutter, so we scheduled another appointment. Shawn was punctual and quick. Am very happy with the service. Everything went smooth. They arrived on time and performed work as expected. Overall a very smooth and satisfactory experience.

Provided excellent service. They contacted me promptly to arrange a time to do the work and did it when they said they would, at a reasonable rate. I am satisfied and would use again.

A few days after purchasing the gutter cleaning deal we were inundated with hail that damaged all of our gutters to the point that they needed to be replaced. I contacted Sparkling Image about getting a refund and they agreed to send a check after they returned from vacation. The check was never received and I contacted them again and they claimed to have sent a check and that they would get back to me asap. I never heard from them again.

The company came promptly for an estimate. The estimator looked very competent and knew what he is talking about. However, the estimate he gave me was similar to another company without a big deal on a similar job basis. In addition, the weather quickly turned pretty cold and rainy and I don't think it is a good idea to do a job now, I rather get a refund and do the job next spring with the option of contractor open for now.

It’s getting cold so I don’t think I want to do this before winter. Even though he said it was a deal I had him come over to give an estimate but he only covers 200ft and I have 300 ft. I decided to not go with the deal and wait till next spring to find a contractor.

I thought the $400 was just a tad pricey but our house was petty filthy since we are in a neighborhood with a lot of trees and after looking at other companies prices, our price seems completely within reason. Also he offers to do the home powerwashing each year after the first cleaning for only $150 which I think is a pretty good deal. The brick paver patio was the real mess and I am completely impressed with that part of the job. I really wish I had before and after pics to upload. It was weedy and very moss covered with some bricks crooked. It looks just perfect now and I didn't even think that would be possible. He had to work extra hard at no extra cost since it rained and the sealant didn't have enough time to dry the first time. We will absolutely be using Shawn next year.

They did a great job pressure washing the house & staining the deck. Very professional!

These guys were awesome. Very professional. Showed up when they said they would. Did a very high quality job for an unbelievable price. My only regret is not hiring them earlier. My deck looks amazing.

I did not realize the deal only covered unfinished wood. My deck has a stain on it. I talked with the company and he clarified it was only for unfinished wood. Now, I need to get a refund and find another provider. I am sorry for the confusion.

Shawn and his assistant did a great job. House and deck look great. They really took their time to ensure the job was done right. I would definitely recommend Shawn's company and will use them again.

Shawn arrived on time with some help the day he specified, set up their ladders, performed the work and were done in 2 hours. Very courteous and explained what he was going to do and afterwards what he had to do to make it all work. we had guesstimated 30' of gutter guard, and it was actually 31' but he said he'd stop back in a few days and put the last piece in for no charge. Not sure if he has as of yet, but he's done everything else he said he was going to do so far.

No complaints. The paint is no longer chipping and if anyone is paying attention, the triangles on my roof look great.

They did a fine job. They communicated through email that due to my home having gutter guards that this Big Deal wouldn't apply. They apparently got a glance at what kind of gutter guards I had and decided to do the work; however, failed to communicate this with me and just showed up to my home. Caught me by surprise and fortunately I was home.

Using a ladder, cleaned out the gutters. Showed me what was removed and described the condition of the gutters (where there was debris).

The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about an hour. They were prompt and showed up right on time. They did a nice job and were good with the cleanup. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the deal.

The person was in the area and was able to come the same day I called to provide an estimate. He showed up promptly on the day and time scheduled to do the job and I am very pleased with the work he did.

Overall they did a decent job. First, they removed debris with a leaf blower. Then sprayed on the solution, waited a bit, brushed, and then washed the areas with a water hose. It doesn't look like a new roof (new in 2008), but looks 100% better. Shawn, one of two, said to wait after the next rainfall and it "should" look even better. Angie's cost $300.00. Shawn, after the whole job was complete, I might add, hit me with a extra $75.00 for exceeding the over 2,500 s.f. rule, and a $50.00 additional charge because our house is 2-stories. $425.00 total. Better than $7,000.00. By the way, all the extra cost is spelled out in the fine print.

I am very pleased with this provider! Shawn himself showed up for a free estimate right on time, and was very detailed and professional about what work he would do and how. My house is 10 years old and had never had its exterior cleaned, so there were some areas I was especially concerned with, like an algae covered outer wall, and porch siding from which I had not been able to remove bug sap and spider residue with traditional cleaning methods. Shawn promised to take care of it all, and explained that the cleaning solutions he used would not hurt my grass or shrubbery. On the day of the appointment, Shawn and his assistant arrived earlier than expected and the work they did was stellar! My siding looks brand new, the algae and insect residue are completely gone, my gutters are white and sparkling, and now I can actually see out of my windows!! They even took away the trash that came from the job, and didn't ask to use my bins... I am extremely pleased with Sparkling Image and would happily recommend them for any exterior detailing! Great job, guys! Thanks so much!

Shutter were painted and look great. He came back the next day to do minor touch ups. Made a big difference to the outside appearance of my house.Looks great. Thank you.
