home inspection
+ -1 moreTwo men showed up no logo on pickup, no uniform and no ID with company info. preformed a very cursory look-over of home,did walk around outside of house but never left the ground. was unable to reference where standards he was reciting came from,(manual or organization name) saying ' just its standard I dont know names'. Report sent to real estate agent vice home owner who paid bill, Report was mostly boiler plate with pictures, some of which did not apply to house such as 'roof shingles need to be inspected....) the house has a new metal roof. On site less than an hour, very disappointing.
Description of Work: Asked by real estate agent (paid by homeowner) to preform home inspection prior to putting house on market.
