Joe was very prompt and professional in the bidding process. He arrived on time, listened to what we wanted and gave frank advice and feedback on materials and services available. He provided a written quote. He was able to provide proof of insurance immediately and his License was current. We signed a contract that he allowed me to modify to my liking. Joe and the painter assigned to our job, John, showed up on time as scheduled. Joe completed administrative stuff, dropped off equipment and materials and left John to paint. John went straight to work. John proved to be both skilled and carefull. He was also very conscientious - he even helped shovel our driveway when it snowed right in the middle of the job. When I pointed out a few things that I thought John had missed, he responded "yes sir" and took care of them without any protest. We are very pleased with the quality of the work; our foyer and hallways look terrific! We definitely recommend this company!
