PROMISE PEST CONTROL

1. They told if not treated they will charge till treated 2. No Proper guideliness given 3. They will just come and spray and go 4. No proper customer service 5. I asked them tat still i am seeing roaches and they i have tompay again not sure how many years i have to pay them for treatment 6. Lastly they wont give any guidelines to follow but they say its our responsibility to keep everything clean for which i do that but still iam seeing 7. When i message they they reply with rude behavior

The number of bugs has decreased considerably, even though there continues to be construction nearby which stirs up insects. Owner was very knowledgeable and personable.

They are going to come back for maintenance. They are very, very pleasant gentlemen, very neat, I just had a brand new floor put in, a floating laminate, same with the gas company, because it does require a chemically-based oil and it shows dust and footmarks very easily. They were very, very diligent about watching where they would step, taking great care, and I have no problems with them. We felt confident with them. I don't think he charged all that much myself and in fact I was surprised. We were inundated, they also did the basement and I don't have to worry about crawling there. They were right on time.

After three calls to Brian, I was able to set up an appointment.When we purchased our house last year, they found termites by the front door in the basement. The termites were treated and we now just had to renew our warranty with an inspection for $140.00.While Brian was checking for termites, which is included with the warranty, he found ants and spiders. He treated our house and explained to us every step of the way as to what he was doing. The treatment was $330 with 3 additional treatment included. Brian was professional. He explained the contract to me to make sure I understood it.

We have a yearly contract with them to treat the house. He is not the most polished person but it is a good service. We didn’t really compare their prices. They do a good job and they were referred to us. He has always been timely. He comes in his timeframe but when we made an appointment for the first visit, he was on time. We will absolutely continue to use them.
