I am shocked when I read the other review on this company. I had no issues with the job they did for me and would recommend them.

Contacted Magic Brush "Louis" . He came out promptly and gave a reasonable estimate. We hired him after contacting his references. He assured me he had a full crew of five men who would be available to get the exterior of our home painted in a few weeks time. Start date 10/1/12. Our home is older and has many layers of paint and Louis was aware of what was needed and expected when he gave us the estimate. THe estimate clearly spelled out that the house was to be sanded to wood then painted. Louis assured me that this was no problem. Day one, his two person team came out with a power washer. They applied a chemical to the surface of our home, in addition to EVERYTHING around it. When I returned home that evening, there were paint chips all over the ground and surrounding areas, and a layer of whatever chemical was applied. This didn't remove the paint as well as Louis had hoped, so we said we would sand the exterior main area and all he had to do was sand the trim and paint the home. We didn't even renegotiate the price. We just wanted the job done correctly. Day three one man showed, and did a half **s job sanding a minimal amount of trim, while my husband sanded. NOT ONE PERSON HAS SHOWN SINCE. Repeated emails and calls to determine the situation have gone unanswered. We have now lost three weeks when painting exterior is dependent upon weather. DO NOT USE!!!! So unprofessional, poor sloppy work.
