It couldn't have gone better. Up front pricing, no surprises, met deadlines, and the finished product looked great.

We were very happy with the job Kirk and his crew did. The job was completed in the projected time period and the results were amazing, more than one person told me they look like totally new floors. Kirk was very helpful, after sanding off the old finish he put down a few sample stains so we could be sure we'd like the color. Our job was so big we had to break it up into a few phases to be able to move furniture around, etc. Kirk went the extra mile for us by helping move some of the heavier pieces of furniture for us, even though this was not included in his proposal. He even through in a Bona hardwood floor mop so we could be sure to clean them in a way that wouldn't mess up the finish. We were extremely happy with the experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to get their floors refinished!

Kirk, the owner of the company, is a top-notch professional. His work ethic and integrity shined through when he came to provide a proposal for the job. I called on a Saturday, and Kirk returned my call within an hour. We arranged for him to come to the house on a Sunday, which was the most convenient time for me, so he could prepare a proposal. His bid was extremely competitive compared to several other providers, and he was willing to work on the project with my dog in the house. He totally understood that I would not want to board my dog for the duration of the project. The hardwood floor he installed in my formal living room is a testament to his skill and attention to detail. I could not be happier with my new floor!! I would highly recommend Kirk to anyone who is in search of a truly skilled professional!!

Kirk put a plan into place that coincided with my renovation completing and before I furnished the porch. Then he took me to a floor store to select tile that fit my budget. He even used his knowledge to find some beautiful tiles that had been returned and were discounted. Wow! After that he and his crew came over and took care of everything. He's been back a couple of times to check in on my satisfaction and to make sure the the tiles are holding up.

I am extremely happy with the flooring. Kirk was a joy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and to my satisfaction. He was prompt, professional and left all the work areas in spotless condition when he was done.

Kirk was wonderful! We purchased a new home and wanted the floors installed prior to moving in and Kirk met our tight timeline. Kirk is very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on type of wood as well as color. He was professional and did a fabulous job. We have gotten many complements on our floors and we absolutley love them. We highly reccommend him.
