My sister who is relocating from Boston needed a real estate agent and I mistakenly referred her to Deb Sullivan who we knew from the local Toys for Tots drive. It was very difficult to reach her to set up an initial appointment (emails unanswered, finally phoned her). Met with us once, Took us to see two homes and we had to drive ourselves because she “only has a dirty truck”. She never followed up as promised on the information requested for similar homes. When she finally did weeks later she said she was swamped and promised better service. Again she didn’t come through with info requested on some new developments in the area as she promised she would. She finally contacted my sister today but she had visited here this weekend and bought a house on her own without an agent. Whole process was very unprofessional and I was embarrassed that I was the one who referred her. I have transferred around the country for work over the years and used many real estate agents. Have never encountered anyone so unresponsive and unprofessional.
