Terrible customer service, extreme lack of communication. The owner is the worst. Received several nasty, confrontational emails from him and little to no reimbursement for work not done. Paid $2800 for full staircase including new risers. They decided to not install the risers and gave a refund of $137. So I guess that’s what it costs to have a full set of risers installed by them. Who knew labor and materials were so cheap lol? Also they refused to fix two rotted areas on the subfloor because “they don’t do that”. Told us we had to do it then complained that us repairing it cost them time. Even though we replaced it at 10:00 at night and it did not interfere with the work they were doing that day. Blamed us for dents made in the floor by the installer. Never communicated with us that we would be responsible for moving all furniture, the toilet, bathroom sink, and stair treads. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

Due to popular demand & referrals. Contacted the store for estimate on a project. Someone came by the house but decided not to provide estimate bcos I was looking around. After calling the store few times to follow up, a lady returned my call & left a message on VM my with a sarcastic estimate. May be this is a one off but was pretty disappointed ! Not very professional at all.

If I was going to use someone, I would use him. He has an excellent reputation. He is known is this area and has been in business for a long time. He came out personally, Mr.Tyre, to do the estimate himself. He spent time talking with me about how the work was going to be done. He told me that he didn't self contract and that he used his own people to do the work. I had another estimate, that was less money but I didn't like the manner or the way things were handled.

They were professional and did their job without disrupting our household. They did a great job.
