This guy goes to work! He is prompt with estimates and plans to start work. WHen we were going to drop off the deposit for the roof repair, he couldn't come to our office to get it since he was REPAIRING OUR DECK!!!! He is courteous. He will offer all options, but is honest when telling you when the cheapest alternative may not be the best. For example, instead of just putting another layer of shingles on our roof. He had explained to us why that might be more detrimental than just replacing it, and also cited articles stating this. He is not out to milk the highest price from you. He gives the pros and cons of each job and leaves it to the customer to decide. He is very concerned with customer satisfaction. I would recommend Raul ROman and his crew to anyone.
