Fast service, knew what was wrong and brought the part with him. Professional.

Definitely, not what I expected. After looking at it for a few minutes he told me what he thought was wrong, told me how to get the parts and told me I could fix it myself. He also recommended I buy a nice used machine for cheap. All great advice, but not what you expect from a appliance repair technician.

Came right out and fix my evaporator fan. He could have sold me a whole new fan, but it had simply iced up. He took care of that and saved me $. Very professional.

He called if there was any change in time or he was running late.

Didn't show up on scheduled appointment between 5pm & 6pm. He called to say he was running late ( after 7pm). We agreed to reschedule for the next day at same time. Again he called to say he was running late. Showed up around 8pm. Come to find out , this is his part time gig! Washing machine was user error, was there 10 mins and asked for 100.00 cash with no receipt for services. Never again!! Deloris C

Unfortunately, our dryer was unable to be repaired. Not sure why, we had 2 visits to try and fixed but ended up buying a new set. We did pay for the part and first repair but disappointed that the appliance would not work. He responded very quickly and showed up on time, but it was very difficult to reach him again for follow up service after dryer issue was not repaired.

Jermaine was very efficient and was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes. Scheduling was easy & I would call him again for any future fridge issue. Price was a bit high but he did drive from Dover to Rehoboth & it was on a Saturday.

Big rip can we in charged use $70.00 to just unplug the ref.He said the problem would go away. Well it did not!!!!!!

This person is a scammer. I am a senior and he took advantage of me, collected $70 up front, did not do any repair or come back, can't get him on the phone. My daughter works for the Governor for the State of Delaware she is opening an investigation for me. I have filed a small claim suit this week and I spoke to Dover police to see what can be done. I want my money back. I want $70 cash money left in an envelope in my daughter's mail box. My husband and son-in-law will be handling any further communication in this matter. dryer stopped heating up after one week. Jermaine was to order a part and schedule follow-up visit, never showed and stopped replying to messages. Used another service.

We called Jermaine 12 Noon because our freezer fan would not stop running. He told us he would fit us into his schedule and was at our home by 6 PM. Two other "national" retail repair services could not get to us for 5 days! He is the first appliance service professional who did not want to replace a part first - he told us what was wrong with the unit and how to fix it. We did what Jermaine suggested and it worked just as he said it would! Don't waste your time or money - try Jermaine because he knows what he is doing!

I had originally scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, 5/31 but Jermaine called within minutes and was able to schedule the service call for today. Top notch customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My dryer was ready to go again in less than an hour. I would definitely call Dun-Rite Appliance Repair again and will recommend.
