Prompt appointment. Unfortunately, the washer had a major problem and was not worth fixing.

When the technician arrived to my home he quickly assessed that there was nothing wrong with my appliance. I was still charged the travel fee and one hour worth of labor. He was extremely prompt in responding to my call and even came to my house within an hour of my work request. I thought the technician was extremely friendly and professional. I was just not happy to have to pay so much money when there was no problem that needed professional maintenance.

Even though the street signs had been turned around and he went to the wrong house initially, when he realized the problem he came after hours and did the repair. He went out of his way to complete the job. I was very please with the service.

The gentleman arrived within the specified time and actually gave me the courtesy of a headsup phone call-- quite unusual at the beach. He installed my new garbage disposal quickly and efficiently and discarded my old one. Very polite and courteous.

Very knowledgeable. First time I hired Jimaine, it was to convert my propane dryer to natural gas. After the conversion, I barely ran it before it quit putting out hot air. I called again, he came, told me immediately that the problem was in the venting, not the dryer, no charge. This is a new house, and it was the venting. Got that fixed, he came again. Charged me barely anything. I now have a dryer. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.
