Very professional and timely. Found problem and fixed it without adding unneeded repairs and charges.

He was prompt and courteous and corrected the door hinge to my GE Fridge, which is approx 43 years old.

Technician came to my residence and inspect my washer which was leaking water. He told me the drain pump was leaking due to dimes and pennies damaging the pump. He told me I could replace it myself and he would call in the part at a local distributor the next day. He did not call me back the next day so I called him and left a message. He never returned my call so I called the distributor and placed the order myself. I picked up the pump and replaced it the same day which made my wife very happy. I gave him 4 stars because he saved me a lot of money but it would be 5 stars if he called me back.

Very professional. We needed a part for my washing machine and he said it would be cheaper for us to pick it up, so being retired we took a ride, it was in Wilmington so it wasn't a big deal to pick it up, and he came back the next day to install it.

Jiamane was professional and responded to our needs as quickly as he could. I was absolutely shocked at the quick response time. I had not even finished reading about him on line when the phone rang. Due to the bad weather, the unfortunate timing of the repair needs (Thanksgiving), our stove didn't get repaired in time for the holiday. His prices were excellent, his help with ordering the repair part and his attempt to get it done on time was excellent. The only criticism is that he didn't keep us updated on the process so we had to call him. I would definitely recommend him and am keeping his card for the future.

Jiamane arrived on time in a horrendous Nor'easter before Thanksgiving...really appreciated the repair on the Viking Stove. He helped with ordering the part and replacing.

Very quick response, within 2 hours. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was the freezer's compressor is not working and to repair costs more than a new freezer. Just paid for the visit.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Came the next day. Sears was a week out and with clothes stuck in the washer, we couldn't wait a week.

Technician called a few minutes after I requested service online with homeadvisor He showed up at the time we agreed on and recognized the problem right away. He told me what to do about it which I did and my refrigerator is working fine now

Replied promptly and I was scheduled the next day. Repaired the problem and made a suggestion which I did follow. Everything is fine now.

I didn't get a receipt and didn't realize until after he left. $180. for a $30 part was very expensive. My dryer needed a fuse. He was very competent, however, and took the time to give advice on about maintenance on my dryer and also advised me to change my water filter on my refrigerator.
