Very pleasant, had the part I needed on his truck so had the job finished quickly.

Came out on short notice. Was very informative and resolved the issue with our washing machine.

Called before coming out, arrived on time, finished job in a timely manner and did not make a mess. Also, technician was very courteous.

My experience with Dunn Rite was very pleasant. My issue was with the home warranty company I used who didn't honor the deductible. I had to pay up front and have not been reimbursed

Initially responded quickly to our repair. Made the repair but within two days the repair failed. I called for them to return and take a look to see what else needed to be done. For several weeks, I kept getting a promise to return and fix the failed repair. On several occassions he indicated he was on his way and would be there shortly, he never arrived. Members of my family took off work on several occations to be there when the repairman arrived, which never materialized. Enough lost wages were realized to purchase a new appliance. Very disapointed in the failure to honor and guarantee their work.

They forgot our appointment. I called by four. They were due between 12-2. It was refrigerator repair and all he did was unplug then plug it back in and charged $90. Told me so my brand especially LG has to be reset.

Called within 30 minutes of my request. Came to give an estimate the next day. Less than 2 weeks later the part came in and was installed. Very Happy.

Dun-Rite is a private, individually owned appliance repair service. He arrive to examine my washer just a few hours after being contacted thru Home Advisor. The washer was fixed and the fee was reasonable,

Came out same day.
