I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from beginning to end. I received a call within 5 min after requesting information online. I needed my dishwasher replaced ASAP and Jimaine was able to schedule an appt for the next day! He arrived within the promised scheduled time and was very professional. The project was more in depth than he initially thought but he went out of his way to make sure everything was installed properly!! I'll never attempt another DIY project like this again, A professional is the way to go and saved me a lot of headache!!

He came in and removed TV from wall and inspected it by removing the back of TV. I wanted a professional and that he was, let me know that it wasn't worth fixing it and educated me on why and what went bad with it. First class guy, I'll be using him again for the many issues I have pop up once in a while. I will let my friends/family know about him and I'm sure he's going to get plenty of work. Overall a great honest experience , totally satisfied.

The gentleman called not two minutes from when I made the initial request. He came quickly, on his day off no less and he was fast and efficient, diagnosing and making the repair quickly. The price was right as well. Would highly recommend.

Prompt and repaired it first try for fair price

I thought I had a serious, as the refrigerator ran almost continuously, and was very noisy. Jimaine did a complete checkup, but all that was wrong was incorrect settings on the controls. He adjusted these, and it solved both problems. For this he only charged only the initial service fee, nothing extra.

Jimaine was quick to call, quick to set up appointment, called when schedule changed instead of leaving me hanging, fixed the problem and was very nice and informative. Anytime a household appliance needs attention we will call Dun-Rite! Thanks

We chose to replace our washer rather than have it fixed as the cost of replacing the electronics was going to be about the same. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out the same day (it was going to take a week for the manufacturer to send someone). He gave me tips to avoid problems with all of my appliances. I will use Dun-Rite's services again.
