Salvatore Belluso, Christopher Russell and Anthony Papago are all crooks and fraud. They charged us $46,000 to build a sunroom since August 1, 2023 which is still not completed,

Chris collected 6075.00 on 10/23/23 to build a deck, to this day no work has been done. Beware of this company. He contacted me through Angie's so I also question her listings

I paid Chris 6,750 to put a lanai on my house. It is 16 months with nothing. I reported him to the police and attorney general. Took him to small claims court. Avoid this company! Chris R is a thief. 9K in my case. Hope he goes to jail...

I am surprised by the positive reviews given Chris Russell stole over 20,000.00 from us. He took our initial deposit and then asked for additional money because he was going to begin the job of building a 4 season sun room. His 'crew' dug a hole and did two days work. That was in August. He repeatedly lied to us about a permit and why nothing was happening. He has disappeared and has not responded to calls, texts or a letter from our attorney. He seems to pick and chose who he will rip off. Maybe the positive reviews are real or maybe they are plants... Don't take a chance with this guy. Don't believe his stories about his 'partner' creating the problem. It's all him. He present as sincere but it's all part of his act. I believe he is under investigation for fraud as he has done this to a number of people. If you value your money and your time steer clear. Find a reputable builder. The state of Delaware provides little protection for the consumer in this type of situation and we are basically screwed...

Chris took $27,000 from me and I havenâ  t seen him or been able to contact him for 4 months. I have hired another company to build the sunroom. Because of my age (75) and the amount of money this is a felony and the department of justice is handling this. I would advise anyone who has had any damage incurred (leaky roof or windows, etc) to make a claim with his insurance company the Williams Agency on Ciastal highesy; I was advised yesterday that he has been unresponsive to their attempts to contact him and has now been placed under â  riskâ  category. Look him up on Delaware civil case search and you can see for yourself the mess he has left for so many homeowners as well as suppliers who will no longer sell to him.

I hired this company The Great Outdoors, to enclose my patio with screening and doors. The initial meeting with Christ was very professional with him explaining everything toy understanding, no pressure put on me to hiring them. The overall experience was wonderful, the workers Marvin and Diego were outstanding. I am loving my patio enclosure. I suggest you give them a call and experience this Great Company for yourself. Chris Russel entered into a contract in march of 23 to build a sunroom. As of September of 24 all he has completed is some framing. His communication skills are non existent and we paid a substantial amount of the contract to procure materials. He has absconded with the funds and i advise anyone not to use his firm. We are retaining legal counsel

Due to unforeseen delays, it took a while to get the deck built and the awning installed. Once work began it was 3 days. The deck looks great and the awning is wonderful. The work grew was very knowledgeable and took great care while doing the job. Made sure te area was cleaned up and the deck was wiped down. Great job!

We had a two man crew, Marvin and Diego. They arrived on time as promised. The men worked steadily through both days, removing my old porch screen and old wood. They installed new vinyl covered lumber and new screening. They also removed my old wooden screen door and put a lovely door in its place. Once the job was completed, they spent additional time cleaning up everything. The old parts were hauled away, all of the surfaces were wiped down, and we had a beautiful new living space. Marvin and Diego thank you for an excellent job. Great Outdoors, you guys are awesome. For some reason this review doesn't allow me to give 5 stars for quality, service and value, so I'll tell you here, I give 5 stars across the board.

Very knowledgeable about engineering and permitting. Suggested a few improvements to my design which were much better than I wanted. Construction on a 400 sq ft deck only took 2 days from footing inspection to railing cap. Clean-up was very thorough. I would never recommend anyone else for this type of work. Price was within our budget and we were so pleased with the final product that we hired them back to rebuild our outdoor shower. That work was also very good and completed in less than two days.

I am very satisfied with The Great Outdoors Sunrooms & Shade Solutions that replaced our roof. Rotten wood replaced, color was spot on that I chose from the sample. Customer service was great!!

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Got a prompt quote from the owner, who also gave my guidance on the type of fence to install and where best to place all of the gates. He was right on track with the timeline of materials and the install process was fully complete before the estimated completion date. The owner stopped by after completion to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and to address any questions. Great overall experience and highly recommend!

Can not get warranty work completed by this company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Deck was never started. Paid $5000 deposit for nothing. Awful company. Contact signed 2 months ago and nothing. Chris will not communicate with me. Awful.

Please be aware. Project was never completed, still waiting for the final instalation of screens (since December of 2023). Owner will not communicate on any basis for weeks at a time. Make sure to check BBB complaints about this company. Buyer Beware!

The job started out alittle slow due to product delay, But once material arrived, they had crew working hard to complete the job before the weekend! Our deck is 20x20 and I thought it would take longer, but they had it done in 3 days. Awesome job! We are very pleased with how it turned out. Thank you Chris & team!
