Told wait was six weeks. After over two months called again, was told "oops, yes something is wrong. Let me check and I will call you right back. ". That was 4 days ago , still waiting for that call.

It all went perfectly...had to reschedule several times due to weather and the day they came out, it was scheduled to rain later that evening. They said they would be here at 7:00am and were right on time. They worked diligently at the job and were going to try to get it done in one day and told us that if they were not able to get done, it wouldn't be any problem because of the Deck Armour put down. As it turned out, they finished the job in one day...were done by 6:00 that night. The roof looks amazing. Originally put down 1/3 of payment at time of order, 1/3 when the shingles came in that we ordered, and the final payment when they finished. financing was available if needed. Cleaned up everything and left the place just as they found it. New roof waranty can be xfered to new owner for about the first 10-15 years...not sure of exact time Going to have new gutters put on and plan on using them again Love these guys

Please see above. Spicer Brothers were to quick to respond, after the Coastal Storm that we had in Lewes, DE. The two roofers who came were courteous, responsive, and easy to talk too, to have my questions and concerns answered. This is a "great company" to deal with. They do what they advertise, and at a fair price!
