They broke the chlorinator when winterizing the pool in the fall of 2018. I called in May of 2019 to repair. Two months later, 3 phone calls and they still have not come back out.

From bad to worst. Nearly two months after signing a contract with owner Steve and Seasonal Solutions, there was no solution or resolution. I signed a contract to pay $240 to "open" (plus $60 to vacuum) my pool. Two weeks later they took the cover off my pool, and discovered the water green with algae from an exceptionally wet and warm spring. They said, and I understood and accepted, that it would take more than one vacuuming and dumping in of chlorine and algaecide to clean and clear the pool. Only two weeks after a few more failed service calls to clear and open the pool did they see an tell me that the old pool filter was not filtering, and that I needed to replace the paper filters (for <$700) or replace the old filter with a new sand filter (for $800), which I agreed to and they did, quickly do (for $900+). The new sand filter was a good call and is working fine. But then, after many return (only when and after I called their "scheduler" for more) unsuccessful "service" calls, they sent me an outrageous additional "bill" a month later for $390, including 3 more vacuumings (for another $180), which were not done (they did one ineffective partial removal (by a small inadequate vacuum), and a second partial sweep (by their bigger vacuum), removing only some streaks of the algae on the bottom of the shallow end of the pool, plus $210 they charged me for chemicals and other inadequate "services," leaving most of the pool bottom still algae covered, and the water was not clear for human entry. I put a stop payment on my credit card, but Discover charged me anyway, despite the services not rendered and the 'solutions" not reached. I warn you to not sign a contract with or give your credit card to "Unreasonable Solutions." They baited, hooked, switched and took me for exorbitant changes for chemicals and "services" that were not effective and not done. Since I pulled the plug on the Seasonal Solutions drain, I finally found a responsive, accessible reliable and reliable service, Coastline Pool Services, who came the day after I called them, and had my pool vacuumed, cleaned, algae free and true blue for me to clearly and refreshingly swim out the summer.

details 1. Pool price quote way off not even close. 2. They filled the pool from my neighbors well and tried to charge me for a truck load of water. 3. Did not judge excavation right and then we needed a 6500.00 retaining wall which was not figured in. ( we have basically a flat level yard) Error they set the pool to deep. 4.Didnt do any landscaping which was all included ( supposedly ) 5. retaining wall leaks dirt and sand through the wall and into the pool. ( cast a lot of money to clear up and the aid of another pool company to help me) 6. When it rains and the pool fills it leaks around the seal and they just plain ignore that. 7. Part of the pool which is fiberglass doesn't even have any base under it. Many issues that's what I can remember at this time. No one should have to go through what we have gone through in less than six months. In no way shape or form would I recommend this company.
Description of Work: In Oct. 2012 we went under contract with seasonal solutions to have a pool put in at our new home. From the very beginning there has been one problem after another, to many to say. The contracted job went from being completed in one month at 34,000 to over three months and 41,000.00. At this point the job is still not complete it took my husband and myself two months of steady work to repair the landscaping and several thousand dollars more to complete it. The pool was closed right after it was put in and we were told they would be back in April to open. After several phone calls they opened it and gave a 10min lesson on how to run it. After a heavy rain the pool filled with sand, in trying to get help from the pool company who manage to screw the instillation up which caused the problem, I called several times with so much as not even a return call. I had to call another pool company to help me get the sand out of the pool. I have called seasonal solutions several times with no avail. At this time I have spent several hundred trying to fix the problems and I am sure I am not done. I have never been so mislead by a company and I would never ever ever recommend this company to put a pool in for anyone not even my worst enemy.
