Service tech in SARBS office looked at photo of our current thermostat and was able to explain how to use our current thermostat for the function we wanted. Saved us several hundred dollars. We will call them for all future annual service.

I was getting very high electric bills and a funny smell from my system. SABRS came out and the technician was friendly. He wore the shoe covers like they promised in their advertisements. He went over the whole system and explained exactly what was going on in a way I could understand which was nice because I'm not a heater guy! He gave me the price before he did anything, fixed the broken part and even did a tune up on the whole system right then. Now its running better than ever before. These guys aren't like any contractor I ever dealt with down here before! Great company!
