They helped us through the entire process and were very flexible in scheduling showings and meeting with us to discuss our options for home purchases. After looking for a while and needing to take a break from our search due to a personal issue, Carrie and Lee Ann were very understanding and patient with us and ready to take us around again once we were able to continue our search. A couple of months later we were very happy to close on a house in our desired area. We found they have a great deal of knowledge on the housing climate in Delaware and can be a true asset in helping to find what you need. Additionally, Lee Ann listed our old property several months earlier and helped us sell it within a few months of listing.
