Ramiro met with my husband and me, went through our new house while it was still under construction, made suggestions, and then provided electrical services. He was always on time, kept the project on schedule, and he and his brother did great work. They returned several times to make certain that all was perfect. Pro-Grade Electric did a great deal of electrical work during my home renovations. The work was meticulously completed in a timely manner at very reasonable cost. Ramiero exudes professionalism and is a pleasure to work with.

Since I had already repaired the belt of my electric dryer, I called the appliance repairman whom I had found through Angie's List. He said it probably was NOT the dryer and suggested I call an electrician, but didn't have an electrician to recommend.I called the owner, Ramiro Ramirez, at the recommendation of an electrical supply company from whom I'd bought two large, unusual batteries. He gave me an estimate over the phone of $75. I also called a friend and someone else on Angie's list, but their estimates were higher. After I had decided to try Ramiro (Pro-Grade Electric LLC), I called him back and set up an appointment. He called a few minutes before showing up, checked the circuit breaker box and determined the cause of the problem. He said he'd need a new plug and I gave him my Home Depot card to use up. The whole job took about an hour and he was polite, clean and seemed very knowlegedable, showing me the burned out parts of the plug and wire. The whole job saved me at least $20 over the next higher estimate. Ramiro Ramirex has only been in business himself for two years, but he's so professional and polite that he's going to go far, unless he goes to college for an engineering degree!
