Bob was awful. This was a sideline job and he had no idea what he was doing. I think he took a weekend course and got his certification. He was hired by the real estate agency. He did everything he could to ignore things that could have put a crimp in the sale of the house. He missed six major roof leaks, he did not know the warranty issues with the windows, he missed the dryer vent being clogged, the water pump system needed parts replaced, just numerous problems. I would rate them overall an F.
