Description of Work: I had a small chest of drawers, a table and a bench painted. The 3 drawer chest had been previously badly painted and 2 drawers were hopelessly stuck closed. It was repaired and painted the same color. The table had a damaged finish which was repaired and painted white. The bench is an outdoor piece and was pretty rough. It was cleaned up and painted. The furniture is all high quality and therefore I decided was worth the expense. The pieces were picked up before I left on a trip and returned a few days after I returned. Everything worked out very well.

Description of Work: Repaired lid hinges that had pulled out on a wooden hall bench. They picked up the broken lid, repaired it, brought it back and re-installed it. Their service was better than excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Description of Work: Refinished a dining room table top, stabilized dining room chairs, recovered chair seats. |The table looks great. The chair coverings have puckers around the edges, they I was told will eventually smooth out. Not yet. |

 + -1 moreMel gave mean estimated before the work started. She was very attentive to my concerns about finding teak plugs. She was able to use the originals through careful extraction. Despite that, hours of research on teak plugs, and finishing several days early, she charged the original estimate. The chairs look great and no longer wobble.
