I put a condo up for sale that was previously listed with another agent and agency for over nine months. Tom Schoenbeck was from the local area that I wanted to sell in and that proved to be a big plus. Tom Schoenbeck is very professional! I especially liked that he took me through the listing and selling process. Answered all my questions efficiently and quickly. Tom showed high energy day in and day out. TOM EXCEEDED IN EVERY WAY! That is very unusual in today's world of Real Estate. I never met a Realtor that you could ALWAYS reach, but Tom was always there. I received the highest selling price of that Condo community in more than a year. I have referred a friend to Tom, and my friend has listed.

Tom Schoenbeck, a realtor, listed my house for sale at my request. The next day, a potential buyer viewed my house. The next day, the same potential buyer made an offer on my house.
