Inspector had to rescheduled since he arrived very late so we had to scramble to get somebody to stay in the house. The report took 1 MONTH ! To produce after mutiple unreturned calls and even threat of refund and litigation..Very unprofesional and poor customer service. The report was quiet comprehensive and detailed. Too detailed in fact for me to identify which problem areas to address first.

Frank and Alice were very easy to work with. I had to re-scedule multiple times due to items that needed to be resolved with the home owners association. Each and every time they were very accomodating and worked within my timeline to get the test done. The stucco evaluation is an invasive test, requiring drilling into the stucco to read moisture content. I'm happy to say that the testing was very thorough (including a 30 page summary report, with test results, test locations, bulding evaluation, general cost estimates for repairs, an overall opinion and interpretation of results). Having this test done provided peace of mind and discovered areas that needed repair. Very well done.

Cogent Building Diagnostic company diagnosed a problem with our home. They guided us through the process and fixed the problem. They are not very expensive and their skills are very good.
