They were very efficient and professional. Very good at keeping in touch and keeping us informed. The sidewalk definitely added curb appeal to our home, looks beautiful!

When Mike first came to us we felt very confident in how great his work could be. He said he was contracted with Insight Homes and we thought we were getting a great deal. We agreed on the color grey for our acid stain with an accent of a turquoise blue. We showed him pictures of what we wanted and he said due to our concrete being brush finished, we wouldn't get the nice glossy look, but the grey marbleized look could be accomplished. When he first finished the job the concrete was yellow and green. (We chose grey and turquoise). He blamed the product and he said he would come back free of charge and make it right. He bought a product that he uses often and said it would definitely get it right, we wouldn't have to pay another dime until it was right. Sounds awesome right? NO. He wanted to postpone our job because his other jobs ran later and he was running out of day light. There was still plenty of day light left and he only had to power wash. They came out and actually power washed and took their time doing it. He came out this morning and started work right away (on a wet piece of concrete). After researching we know this is a BIG no no. He left and as the day went on, we could see it was going to be brown. He just came by and neutralized it and it is brown. DARK brown. We have a gray house and a brown concrete slab. I wish I could post photos but I can't. We are out $600 and need to find a new way to fix this concrete because of a gigantic lie. He is not reputable. I do not recommend him to anyone. RUN! I did the math: Mike wanted 1,146.46 for the job to be done. $241.38 was for the stain This is $905.08 for labor. He only ever came out with one other person. Which means for the total of 4 hours that he was out here he charged us 226.27 an hour! Now, divide that by 2 people and I REALLY HOPE this guys is paying his workers at least $50 an hour. If not, he is making out like a bandit. I get making a profit to put food on your table, but dang, he stood around a lot of the time and made his other guys do everything (power wash, tape off the foundation- which is stained too so done incorrectly, stain, and neutralize). What he did was stand around and earn probably $200 an hour. I guess I am in the wrong business. This company is out for the buck, not for the happiness. Look elsewhere.
