+ -1 moreTom Miller and his team did an outstanding job. From contact to communications to the build the project was exemplary. I used to be a project manager in the DC area building new homes. I would have been proud to have these guys on my payroll. The framing is old school excellence. It's almost a shame it was covered up. Minimum requirements are irrelevant. These guys know how to frame to last generations. The bathroom's extensive tile work is outstanding, particularly impressive given how wonky the old house is. Tom and his team are outstanding professionals and I wish I could import them to remodel my house in Maryland. It can be challenging to find good contractors, if you get CFS, you can be confident you have the right firm.
Description of Work: We had our beach house moved to center on on lot so we could sell the other lot. We are the third generation to own the house, it was built by my wife's grandparents. It means a lot to us to keep the house. CFS did not do the house move (East Coast Structural Movers aka John Davidson moved the house). CFS did all the other work to prep the house for the move and than help rebuild significant sections including replacing all the plumbing, remodel two bathrooms including expanding one, new screened in porch, new deck and outdoor shower, new siding, gutters and downspouts plus a ton of other fixes and improvements.
