They did a wonderful job and a very reasonable price. The service was fast and efficient. The crew was wonderful and finished the job quickly and cleaned up so it looked like they were never there. Would definitely hire them again.

They were friendly, responsive, and prompt. I had spare shingles, so paid only for work. They are local, and had a good rating from others, so I tried them. They did not disappoint. I will definitely use them again.

The job went excellent! The roofers showed up and went to work. They couldn't use a special dumpster thing that moved around the house with them for the old roof debris so they carefully covered our shrubs. They were quick and professional. Everyone, from the roofers to the chimney guard fabricator to the gutter installers were great! We are very happy with the job. We will be contacting them next year to get a quote for windows!

This company was great to work with. They quoted me quickly and did the work within a couple of weeks. They came in much lower than other companies for the same product.

Craig came to do estimates. Very professional and nice. Very knowledgable. Showed up on time.

Since there were definitely soft spots in the old deck, we needed to wait until the old membrane was removed to see how much plywood needed to be replaced. It turned out to be 4 sheets. But, when the old membrane (EPDM) was pulled up, it took a portion of the existing 3/4" plywood along with the glue. This necessitated overlaying the entire deck with 1/2" inch plywood per Duradek's recommendations. The end result is nothing short of spectacular! The base is firm and the membrane was cut and fitted with great precision. All of the seams were heat welded. I should point out that I spent many years in the commercial construction industry and as such am very picky when it comes to workmanship. These guys are great! I can't find a single place where they cut corners or were less than meticulous.

Bayside beat the other estimates by 15% and did a very professional job. Arrived when they said they would and it was done by end of day.

The house I purchased had the second floor walk up attic converted to a bedroom. What they didn't do after installing the drop ceiling was install vents on the gables making it impossible for hot air to escape the crawl space. Downstairs would be comfy and upstairs was like an oven. At least 15 degrees hotter with a window air conditioner running non stop. Bayside installed a solar roof vent and since then the temperature has been very comfortable. What an enormous difference. I'm sure I will see a big difference in my electric bill too. They did an awesome job and cleaned up any mess that was made. I couldn't even tell they had been there. Will definitely use them again.

Craig came out and measured the roof and looked at what needed to be done. We also asked him to include putting up the soffit and gutters around the sun roof where they were replacing the roof. Their estimate was the most reasonable for the work that they were going to do and with a very good quality product. They torn off the old membrane on the flat roof, remove shingles to tie into the main roof. They installed a white TPO membrane and replaced the shingles to match the original roof. They replaced all of the flashing and siding that had been taken down and put up the fasia, soffit and gutters around the sun room and put the gutter up along one section of the back of the house. The only thing that could use some improvement is keeping the customer better informed of the scheduled dates for the job tasks. I had to call several times to get updates on when the job would start and be completed. They did the job very satisfactory and completed the majority of the job in about half a day. They did a good job and completely took care of us. We have had several hard rain storms since the install and we have not any issues. I would recommend them and we will call them back for estimates when we need other portions of the roof completed. As an additional note, although it is indicated that Bayside Exteriors takes credit cards, they will only process 1 transaction on a credit card. So if you pay the deposit with a credit card, you will need to pay the remaining balance by check. It would have been helpful to have been informed of this when I made the first half payment on a credit card. As a note to Bayside Exteriors, providing the customer with more information and keeping the customer informed would be a great help. This includes everything from payment, to scheduling and job completion.

Everything was positive except for one thing: The workers showed up without notice. The office was supposed to call us one hour before the workers' arrival but failed to do so. Otherwise, the workers started quickly and got the work done in about two hours and cleaned up the mess created by the birds that had built nests behind our existing shutters.They also hauled off our old shutters. We were pleased with their work. There was no mess or debris left behind. They answered my questions and spent all their time on task except for water breaks. It was a very muggy afternoon.

I had ceiling drywall water damage, called multiple roofers, Bayside responded promptly despite heavy demands in area for roofing services after rough winter. They discovered water came from hvac issue, roof was thoroughly inspected, no issues. They made two trips to be sure there was no roof issue.

We had hired Bayside for a drip edge repair previously and indicated that we would have them perform another repair in near future ,well we did. It was flawless. They went above and beyond our expectations of the repair ,they even made sure that we where credited our discount for Angie's list members. Thank you Bayside for a job well done ! Also no signs of leaks even after heavy rain and wind.

Andrew showed up and was professional and pleasant from start to finish. I called late to fix a hole in my roof(before the rain) and he responded after business hours. Then he fixed the hole and didn't overcharge me for the call !!! I will let everyone know that this Roofing Business is the Best!! Thank-you for saving the day Bayside!!

We contacted Bayside after reading reviews on Angie's list. We are completely satisfied with their work from start to finish . Infact we plan on using them again for some other roofing projects in the very near future..

It went very well. They were very responsive and very reliable!

It went very smoothly from start to finish. It took about a week altogether to complete the job. They cleaned up every day and left the yard very clean at the end of the job. Andrew, the owner, was very responsive when I had a question about the way something was done. The roof looks great and the experience was the best I could have hoped for.

I can not say enough good things about Bayside Exteriors from the owner ( Andrew ) to the office managers right down to the talented work crew . Promptness , Efficient work methods , Courteous workers , Spotless cleanup , Return of calls , Excellent workmanship - with the addition of "Attention to detail" , Use of top grade materials and a Reasonable price when compared to competitive pricing are words & phrases to describe the way Bayside Exteriors treated me when completing the roofing & siding job . I have highly recommended them to many friends and family - that in itself is very high praise from me ( a former Industrial Arts teacher and part time home re-modeler .

IT WENT VERY WELL, ABOUT 10 MEN SHOWED UP ON THE DAY OF INSTALLATION. THEY WORKED LIKE BEAVERS ON THE ROOF TAKING THE OLD ROOF OFF. IT WAS VERY COLD THAT DAY, BUT GOT MOST OF THE NEW ROOF ON THE SAME DAY. THE NEXT MORNING,, RIGHT BACK ON THE JOB FINISHING THE NEW ROOF IN A HALF OF DAY. WHAT I WAS IMPRESSED THE MOST WITH WAS HOW CLEAN THEY WERE. I WAS WORRIED ABOUT MY BUSHES AND YARD BEING RUINED FROM THE OLD SHINGLES BEING THROWN OFF THE ROOF, BUT THEY HAD TARPS DRAPPED OFF THE ROOF, MAKING CLEAN UP A SNAP !! i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BAYSIDE EXTERIORS HIGHLY.

I called Bayside Exteriors on Monday Dec 9th. Spoke with Tina, the contact person, who told me someone would be here between 3 and 5 PM to look at it. No one showed up nor did anyone call. I called back on Tues and got a voice mail so I left a message to call me back to reschedule. Once again, I did not receive the courtesy even a call back, much less anyone showing up to fix the leak. I finally gave up and called another roofer on Waednesday

Bayside Exteriors re-roofed my office building in Georgetown (a 1930 house converted) and did a wonderful job. The roof was in really bad shape and needed basically to be completely redone. Their quoted price was reasonable for the job needed, and they were super quick with completing the job once they began. They were VERY neat and clean during the whole process (not a simple feat when tearing off roof shingles). Their office staff were very nice to deal with and helpful. I would certainly recommend them.

They told me they would come out in 2 hours. It took them 6 hours to get there. He said they could fix the roof, they said they would come out the next day to fix it. I called them the following Friday because I hadn't heard from him and he told me that they had already came out and fixed it without ever letting me know. They had very poor communication skills and I was very frusterated throughout the entire process. I felt that he was rude the work was done and done correctly but it was just a bad experience. Andrew seemed to lack customer service skills.

Called Bayside Exterior for an estimate on replacing a 25 yo roof of a purchase I recently made. Marshall of Bayside called back immediately and in a few days went over to give an estimate on roofing and siding. Baysides estimate was on par with the others but I was impressed with their professionalism. Bayside came out and replaced the entire roofing of my home, they also replaced two side lights I have in my living room. Since both the roofing and siding were more then I was able to accomplish Marshall and I discussed updating the outside with new window shutters. They went out a took measurements on the shutters presently on the windows and sent me an estimate. When the shutters came in ... after the roofing project. They were out again to the home and replaced the shutters and also tightened some loose pieces of siding that were present. They did an excellent job and left the property clean and debris free!

Very professional from quotation to work performed. Very satisfied with the outcome. We have a steep roof and they handled it well. Hard workers. Good team. Would highly recommend.
