Basement Unlimited has creative and pro active planning services, and they are responsive to suggestions and are flexible. They have all the resources with which to complete a job. Our job was completed in a timely manner despite Coronavirus. It turned out to be a better project than we had planned. We recommend!

The day after we contacted Basement Unlimited Jim came to get our specs and scope out hat we wanted. Two days later we received the estimate and drawings for our planned basement bedroom and bathroom. Paulina emailed us contacts for choosing our flooring, vanity and tile. We were so impressed with their work we added a backsplash in our kitchen. Mark and his crew were on top of everything and cleaned up daily. Every suggestion we made was done for us. Cannot say enough about them. They do quality work and we plan on using them for future projects.

We had our basement finished by Basement Unlimited and they did a phenomenal job. The worksmanship was outstanding, the contractors were all professional and customer service was exemplary. Mark did great work in a timely manner and Paulina and Mark are quick to update on progress and address any questions, comments or concerns.

Basement Unlimited did an outstanding job finishing my basement. They were able to complete the project in less than 2 months by Thanksgiving as we requested. The basement looks spectacular. Working with Mark, Jim and Paulina was the best thing we ever could have done. They are an absolute amazing team. We went through 4 other contractors before we found them and we could not be any happier. They are extremely pleasant to work with and they went over and beyond with everything they did. They completely exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them. They completely remodeled our basement with a kitchenette, added stairs to our deck, and did an outdoor shower. Everything is stunning!! They are also very reasonable with pricing. They really have been the best decision we ever made and you will not be disappointed!

AMAZING!!! Mark and his crew were just phenomenal from estimate to completion. The estimate was thorough and highly competitive. They started promptly; so promptly in fact that they helped us (translation; they moved everything!) move boxes and furniture out of an unfinished bonus room that they were finishing for us. The workmanship was perfection. They kept us well informed throughout the entire process, which was much faster than I had assumed it would be. Of course, like everyone else, they used subs but every one of them were professional and at the top of their game. Mark oversaw the project every step of the way. He even help us (translation: he did it!) install a flat screen TV when the project was complete. They left everything neat and clean, used drop cloths everywhere and were so very careful when moving materials into and out of the house. There is literally not one thing I could recommend for improvement. What an amazing experience! We have already decided to hire them for another project in the fall. Oh, and they certainly do more than basements. This first project was an unfinished bonus room on the second floor of our home. The next will be an exterior deck. As a recent transplant to Delaware, I had purchased a new home with an unfinished basement. Wishing to expand my functional living space, I checked various contractor sites and readily observed that Basement Unlimited had an excellent website that showcased some very impressive projects. I then contacted Basement Unlimited and requested an estimate for my basement finishing project. Mark responded according to my schedule and was very attentive to exactly what I wanted, offering practical input as well as rendering a technical design on how best to transform according to my wishes, not some standard "cookie cutter" project. Through his expertise, exceptional work ethic, and attention to detail, Mark and his highly-skilled team of construction and finishing specialists has transformed my basement into a high-quality functional living space that has nearly doubled the size of my house, all at a very fair price that did not deviate from his initial estimate as these projects often do. Mark and his team are true professionals and were always punctual and respectful.
