+ 0 moreIn one word AMAZING. The gentlemen were professional. They showed up on time. They reviewed the work I wanted done. They did not stop working until the job was finished about 3 hours. They showed me the results of the work and wanted to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. Oh yes they put back all the out door furniture that was in the way of the job. In other works totally professional and well worth it. I would say to anyone have them do the job for you, you will be very happy. Thanks guys you are AMAZING.

Description of Work: Provider gave us an estimate, which we accepted. Then we didn't hear from them so my wife sent an email. Charlie responded by coming to our house to apologize and promise the work would be completed by the end of last week but he never showed up and never called or emailed to explain his absence. Seems like a nice guy but failed to deliver on promised.

+ 0 moreHis men worked hard, trying three different solutions. The end result was a major improvement that my sister and I greatly appreciated. Chalrie also said that he would research the melted wax problem and come back out if he found anything else that would help.
Description of Work: Charlie Arnold went out of his way to accommodate me. I had an accident with melted citronella wax on my sister's composite deck and I needed to leave on Friday. Charlie rearranged his schedule to get his men to our house. He was upfront with me about not having cleaned melted wax off a composite deck before.

The outcome was fantastic....made our old deck look like new, and it appears as though it will last for a long time. We have used this firm before both for work on the deck and for power washing our home, and have been pleased with their work and their pricing.
