John really knows his business. He installed a custom stainless steel chimney cover and a chimney cap. I will definitely use him again if and when I need any chimney work.

This was a difficult task and John Greco/America's Choice did an excellent job. Several other estimates were much higher and required removing all the siding from the home. John Greco pinpointed the problem and delivered a solution that was quickly done and at a fair price. The weather was getting colder (early December) and he was concerned that the existing siding might break if removed. He checked the weather and called me on a Sunday afternoon to tell me that he could get it done the next day because the weather was going to warm up. I would wholeheartedly recommend John and America's Choice. He is an honest man in a resort area where many contractors over promise and under deliver.

They provided a quick temporary tarp to stop further damage. Then when weather permitted they corrected the defects in our chimney in a timely matter..

Would have loved to be able to leave this company a great review but he never showed up for our appointment. Very unprofessional behavior.

We negotiated this job in Feb or March of this year and scheduled it to start on June 26. John and his partner showed up in the early am. They carefully trimmed a Crape Myrtle and assembled a 3-story scaffold up to the peak of the roof and a work platform around the chimney. Then, his partner disassembled and lowered the remnants of the old chimney, bucket by bucket, to John, who cleaned any of the old bricks that could be reused. It was still before lunch when they reversed this process, with John filling buckets with bricks, and then mixing buckets of mortar to send up the scaffold. It was still light (but barely) when they finished. It looks great and we couldn't be happier!

The owner understood our need to have repairs made as soon as possible, and worked on a weekend to get the job done. All work was completed in one day. We are very happy with the repair.

John was very pleasant, straightforward, and did wonderful work. We appreciate that he was able to complete two other tasks for us that weren't part of the original job. We would not hesitate to have him back to do repairs in the future. Highly recommended!

John was great to work with. Very professional and hardworking. Showed up on time. We had him come back the next day to replace our leaking kitchen faucet. We are considering sidewalk replacement and have asked for a quote from this company.

Came to residence for remodeling quote. Never saw him again despite promises to the contrary.

This provider was outstanding by every measure. He was responsive initially and even was willing to meet the insurance adjuster. The work was done very professionally and at a relatively reasonable cost. The provider kept me apprised of progress including texting pictures of the work. I would definitely use this company again.

They came did his work and did a good job. I was very pleased.

John did a great job caulking all of my windows and identified some rotted sills on a few windows and a few siding issues that needed to be reported to my condo association so that they could be addressed by property management. He showed up on time and worked quickly to complete the job.

The upfront communication was very good, and both John and Elissa were a pleasure to work with. They are both very personable AND very professional. The job was completed on time and according to all expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The individual who cleaned my chimney was very friendly and respectful of my home. He answered any question I asked. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Contractor was responsive and punctual. He completed work as described, cleaned up the area, and disposed of the old entry door. He identified the problem that had not allowed the old door to fit properly, and he made adjustments to fix the problem.

Excellent communication and service! I'd highly recommend this small company.

John was very competent with the two jobs that he completed for us. He was prepared and brought along all of the necessary tools. Also, I was quite impressed with how comfortable he was and the ease of working on the upper roof (30' above ground). Additionally, he took photos of the flashing job to show us the completed work, which was helpful, as there was no way that we we were going to get up there and check on the job.

Another great review that this company richly deserves. First of all, John & Elissa are a pleasure to deal with because they strive to provide excellent customer service and they care about their work and the reputation of the company. They return all calls promptly, show up for appointments ON TIME, meet commitments and deliver a quality finished product. They also stand behind their work 100%. John showed up to view the work that was required and then provided me with a written quote the same day. The work was scheduled and completed right on time. John took the time to explain exactly what was required and showed me what was being done as the work progressed. He takes pictures of the job before, during and after the work and the pictures are forwarded to you when the job is completed - this is a nice touch. He is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of home repairs and does quality work. I would rate his workmanship as outstanding. Some of my issues were caused by lack of care during the initial construction and John pointed out what had been done incorrectly and remedied the issues. Great customer care, great workmanship, great follow-up makes America's Choice a great company. I plan to use them for all of my future home repairs and I have recommended them to friends and neighbors.
