 + -1 moreNOTE: This relates to Yoder in Salisbury, not Laurel DE. I called on a Monday and was told they would work me into their schedule. No name from the person who answered the phone. I ended up calling Wed after no one came to look at it the first two days. The person attempted to fix it but couldn't, as the spring snapped and he needed help to reset it (he couldn't do it by himself), so he sent out two other people Thursday. The guy who called Wed did contact me to tell me he needed help, and would get it taken care of Thursday, which they did. Overall it ended up being done at a reasonable price ($90). Being a residential repair I'm not surprised it took a few days to get worked into their schedule. But they fixed it and fixed it right. I'd use them again.
Description of Work: NOTE: This relates to Yoder in Salisbury, not Laurel DE. I was having problems with my residential 8x16 garage door not working properly. When I hit the garage door opener it only went up a few inches. I tried to fix it myself by tightening the springs but threw off the timing in the machine and was unable to open the door at all.
