 + 4 moreContractor made recommendations to ensure our project exceeded building codes and met our needs. Contractor was very flexible and very, very fast, completing jobs on time, if not earlier than planned. He cleaned up every night before he left. The plumbing subcontractor work was very shoddy. They forgot to secure plumbing joints (which lead to leaks), ignored problem areas (which lead to leaks), and other problems. I don't believe contractor uses this sub any longer, according to contractor. We give lower grades are only due to our experience with subcontractor. Though a good communicator, contractor does not usually call back when he says he will.
Description of Work: Contractor remodeled kitchen and bath, including adding structural support in the basement due to a new wall configuration in the kitchen on first floor. Additional work included new support beams in ceiling, again, to support new kitchen wall configuration. In addition to changing walls and adding supports in basement and ceiling, contractor installed base flooring, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and installed sinks, toilet, and shower (we did the rest: Cabinets, flooring, etc.).

 + -1 moreI WAS NOT VERY HAPPY NOR PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. WE ENDED UP HAVING TO REHANG ALL THE CABINET DOORS AND ALSO HAD TO REHANG THE DOOR THAT WE HAD MOVED. THANKFULLY THEY DIDN'T LAY THE TILE FOR THE FLOORS BECAUSE THEY WERE SURPRISED THAT WE GOT THEM TO.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR KITCHEN GUTTED AND COMPLETELY REMODELED. THEY DID THE WALLS AND INSTALLED THE CABINETS. THEY HAD REMOVED A DOOR TO ANOTHER PORTION OF THE GARAGE.
