+ -1 moreDescribed what he could do and the price. Said he would have to see the circuit breaker box to determine if he could do the job. The day he was to come to house we had snowy weather. He did not make the appointment nor did h call to say if he could come another day. I did not recontact him.
Description of Work: Gave estimate over phone for work on a generator transfer switch.
