Mr. Phillips was very friendly, on time, and did a fantastic job! My carpet looks brand new and I feel I got a great bargain. I really did not think the stains from the pets and my child would disappear but they did and now I can hold off on replacing the carpet for a while at least. I will definitely use this service again and will call him for when I am ready to replace with laminate.

i was pleased with the results but i wasn't pleased that we weren't able to put all the furniture back because the floor was still damp .

Mr. Phillips did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets in our rental and they turned out better than my expectations. He is very personable and takes pride in his work. Look forward to having my carpets in our house done by him in the spring. Would definitely recommend him over Stanley Steamers. Very reasonable prices too.
