I am licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Most of my customers buy or sell property in New Castle County, DE and Chester County PA. It is my job to remain as up to date on current laws, available mortgage programs and the current real estate market. I send out a monthly report on the housing market here in New Castle County. I am a realtor and a former officer of my local board of realtors and a recent past director of my state association. I am a native Delawarean and my family has been in this county for 6 generations. Excellent to work with. Steve doesn't set out to try and "sell" you a home. He presents all the options out there and is very open and frank about the pros and cons of any listed home. He's not afraid to tell you the flaws in a home, even if it means losing the sale for him. He coordinated the inspections for us since we couldn't be there and pointed out things the inspector didn't.
Description of Work: Researched homes in our price range, as well as comparable sales. He had extensive knowledge about individual neighborhoods, schools and pricing. He showed us charts he had created about home pricing in the neighborhood to help us make a competitive offer. He also took care of arranging our inspections because we were out-of-town buyers.
