Thank you for the great review. That shower was a tough one and I like how you stated that I worked it thoroughly. I was at least happy that I could sanitize the shower as that was the first priority from your wife when I spoke to her. Initially, I didn't think she wanted to have me do it after I presented the expectations based off of my evaluation of the shower installation. Having a working knowledge of tile installations in wet environments makes it easy to give expectations prior to the work being completed. Cleaning showers with high tech tools and very high temperatures is much more effective and thorough than a standard application of grocery store cleaning agents alone. As always, showers are something that need to be inspected so that we can set the proper level of expectations. The last thing that I would ever do would be to make a promise and not be able to deliver. Thank you for using my company and I look forward to cleaning that "snow white" carpet again. Jim

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets and slate floors in a three floor town house. Cleaning service owner was present during cleaning and made sure that care was taken that hoses did not mar furniture, stair banisters or wall corners. Crew worked quickly and efficiently and moved furniture back into position upon completion of cleaning. Cleaning crew had a positive, helpful attitude and did a thoroughly professional job.

Description of Work: 2 bedrooms, living room, stairs, hallway, all seriously marked with a puppy's "mistakes" and a seriously snowy, messy winter. Every corner was cleaned, they moved furniture that could be moved and all was done within an hour and a half. I actually look forward to the next time I can bring them back. Respectful, friendly and considerate, I enjoyed their "visit" to my home so much that I forgot to tip the crew. I'll have to make it up next time. There will definitely be a next time.

Thanks for the review. I see that you are happy with my quality but you’re unhappy with my price. I strive for A’s in all categories. My commitment to your satisfaction is of the highest priority. I’m thankful that I’m still able to do this kind of work since I love it so much but I know that I can’t always please everybody. I can’t help or fix a problem if I don’t know it exists. Although your review is posted 4 months after we completed the carpet cleaning service, I remember your job very well. Unlike most service companies, if there is a problem please let me know because it only makes me better at what I do and in return I can provide better service. I instruct all clients to contact me if there is a problem right away so I can address it. This is the main reason why I have so many good reviews. I will address the issue fast. Your happiness is my joy! I’d like to address the issue of price since you gave me an “F” in that category. I remember the job that we did and it was not an average cleaning job. The carpet in your house was severely contaminated with pet odor and my helper and I gave it an intense flush. My recommendation was to replace the carpet but that was not in your budget or timeframe. The increase cost of additional cleaning agents, time on the job, and type of job must be taken into consideration. In order to make a profit, I must pass these expenses to my client if that is the service they wish me to do. Pet odor products that work must be safe for my clients family and pets but they are not cheap. Your job was intense and I’m glad you liked my work but I’m sorry you didn’t like my price. I know there are other companies out there that use unsafe cleaning agents and inferior equipment that have lower prices than me. I wish I could compete at those low prices and offer the same kind of service that I did in your home but the formulae doesn’t work. Description of Work: we had many more pet(dog)stains than we realized. jim came with his black light that showed up all of them.altho the carpet is only 2 years old parts were badly soiled and neded special treatment that's why the price was so much more. without the special treatment the price would have been about 270.all the stains didn't come out completely but we're very satisfied with the results.took 2 men about 2hrs will use them again
